Our stay was simply perfect. There were four adults in our party. The hosts were very attentive to any questions we had during our stay. We loved watching the sunset from our porch as well as the conversation with many people walking by on the boardwalk. We were within 15 minutes from parking for the Long Beach Grand Prix and could see the Queen Mary from our porch which is permanently docked in Long Beach. The beds were very comfy, the place was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you would need. It was very nice to have laundry and beach supplies provided. I would stay here again without question. Great place!!!

Great location on the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. There is not a lot of people on the beach or boardwalk so it was enjoyable to sit outside and have the doors open. Great communication from property manager and place is well stocked. Will definitely rent again for Long Beach trips.

You pretty much get the beach to yourself. Nothing like staying in San Diego. It was so peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for! Scott provided a ton of beach accessories to where we didn’t need anything at all. He was extremely responsive if we had any questions. We will be back again!

As pictured. Just what we needed 2 bdrm / 2 bath, kitchen, sitting area and really enjoyed the patio area on the boardwalk and seeing everyone & all the dogs walk by. Clean, updated and beds were comfortable. Didn’t hear anyone in the upper level. Can’t say as to how the kitchen was stocked because we really didn’t use it. Nor how the washer and dryer were because we didn’t see them or use them. Location was good. Nice to not have to pay for parking, however it would be a little tricky if there were actually 4 cars parked back there due to the bins around. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I celebrated our 18 year wedding anniversary here this past week with a couple of friends. The house was amazing and just as advertised. Close to Huntington Beach, downtown Long Beach and we even took a day trip to San Diego! House was fully stocked and close to so many amazing places. The ONLY downside was the trash on the beach, but that is not something the property owner can control. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Oceanfront Condo on the Beach!

This was just the place that my husband and I were looking for. As seniors, we wanted a quiet place to relax at night after exploring Long Beach during the day. The downstairs condo was exactly as described, both in words and photos. We were steps away from the beach, and I took several long walks with my toes in the sand and water. The sunsets were gorgeous and visible right from our living room and patio. The property was extremely clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having free parking spots at the condo. There were good restaurants within a short distance. (We recommend Nicks on 2nd and In-Out Burgers!) Scott was amazing to work with. He was quick to answer all of my questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO experience!

Best Beach Trip Ever!

The space was just as pictured! No stairs and the walk in shower was great! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were soooo comfy! It was a great place to stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood! When I have to go back to Anaheim or LA this will be my place! Scott was amazing to work with and I wish I could have stayed another week!

Great stay in LB, CA

The property was spotless and comfortable . The sunset views are great. Long Beach is a unique community and this location is close to all. We really enjoyed our stay. We now have family there and finding this spot as our go to is perfect.

Perfect for family of four

We loved it! Beach is a little out of the way so was not busy at all. Only a short walk to towns and restaurants. Was a perfect week long get away, we even extended it a couple days. Can’t wait to come back
