the pace is in good location , nice clean rooms , have lots of parking space , been there few times and I am happy with it , thx a lot guys keep up the good work .

Dirty. Smelly. Run down. Rude staff. Small tv. Not the room advertised. Dirty carpet. The whole MOTEL needs to be torn down and re built. Plenty of way better hotels than this motel. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra20-40 bucks to stay somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

Other than the room not being cooled off prior to arrival, I can't complain.
Its cheap. Thats the good news. Bring your own soap and shampoo, water bottle with water, TV if that's essential to you.

I'm pretty sure my room had not been cleaned before I stayed. The air conditioner unit and the air was so dirty, I ended up getting a respiratory infection. The carpet smelled like urine. The bath tub looked dirty. The price was so cheap, but not that cheap. Terrible!!!! I will never stay here again.
