Checked into our room and the ceiling AC was dripping water and made a large puddle by the front door. Called the front desk and they didn’t answer so I had to take the elevator to the lobby and complain and get a new room. The next room was ok but the four pillows had blood on the pillow cases and the pillows. Yuck. Housekeeping obviously didn’t even look at the pillows when making the bed. Totally obvious. When they came with replacement pillows they said it was stains. So throw them away. No water glasses in the room but luckily we could get “glass” glasses from the bar.

Our room with a balcony and view was just a “view” of the parking lot. And no chairs on the balcony. Upon our arrival, the TV and room phone were not working, and toilet didn’t flush. They did send someone to fix it promptly upon request. Busy weekend so they overcharged us and we felt completely scammed for what we received. Super disappointed with our balcony and “view.”
