It was in a great location with many shops and restaurants. A nice bakery is located across the street. The breakfast was nice. It was clean and easy check in. One issue, which kind of ruined the trip. We had an issue with insects getting into our car even though doors and windows were shut. When we brought it to the hotel staff attention they mentioned that it had happened to others before because we parked by the bushes. The entire car was infested with ants and spiders and we had to have the while car fumigated and then wait it out enough to drive back. The manager Jennifer was very accommodating and they have us another night free. It was just so upsetting that it happened before and nothing was done. They placed a cone in the one parking spot but still allowed others to park by the same bushes. Overall, nice hotel just an unfortunate situation

Very clean and helpful staff it was nice and clean

Hotel was really nice and convenient as it's across the street from a Whole Foods and many restaurant options including In-N-Out! Staff was friendly and welcoming. One bedroom suites were large especially the bedroom and fit our needs. Room walls are a little thin as we could hear the person next door but not too terrible. Pool, jacuzzi and outdoor areas looked really nice as well. Not sure why parking was an extra charge though.

This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites but it won't be the last. This particular facility is in an excellent location close to the airport and lots of shopping too. There are several restaurants and a Starbucks across the street too. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly, and I lucked out with a corner king suite. Yay!! The breakfast was fine (not spectacular) but did have a nice selection of hot and cold foods...and they didn't run out. :) I usually stay at another comparable hotel nearby...but this one is every bit as good and a little less expensive. It is a little odd being connected to the Hampton. We had lots of little kids running around on various sports teams etc, but it didn't bother me...and was still quiet overall.

It was new and clean. very nice decor. very convenient location.

Check-in was a breeze, friendly staff, and VERY clean! Parking is $11 a night. We stayed one night to catch our cruise in Long Beach the next day.

A buddy of mine did the research and found a hotel that could accommodate a group of 5. We were very impressed with the hotel. Very clean and under the radar. there was happy hour every day and the pool was great. Definitely will be staying here again.

The manager was very distracted when I checked in: couldn't find reservation, then forgot which of the two hotels I was staying in 1 minute after completing my registration. The room had several small problems: the fan wouldn't turn off, the blackout curtains didn't clear the TV cable, and a fire alarm started going off on my 2nd night. Each problem by itself was minor, but they added up.

we checked in, stay one night and the following day, we went out to enjoy the city. when we come back to the room, I find out that the blankets were not replace and the blanket for the sofa, were not even folded. I called up the front desk to report the incident and the lady that answer the phone, the first think that she asks, it was for a credit card to cover the parking lot fee.

I was very disappointment when I find out about the parking-lot space feed for each day. there was not notice about it, this is the first hotel, that charge for our own transportation to enjoy our vacation days. on another hand, the sofa blankets were not replace at all, not even folded. everything else was fine, thank you.

Stayed with grandkids they loved the pool and hot tub and the morning breakfast was decent!

Brand new hotel ! Unfriendly front desk staff. But overall good experience. Neat and clean room . Breakfast is pretty average, needs more variety compared to the other hotels.

Friendly staff. New facility.pricey.spacious.new breakfast spread may need more waffle makers

This was a nice hotel loved that it had a kitchen in room. The room was very spacious and the staff was very nice.
