We booked the hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi. The pool was green and the jacuzzi was broken. Lots of people on drugs screaming in the neighborhood.
You get what you pay for. Staff was nice. Parking was on site. No hot shower one of the three nights I stayed there. Bed sheets were clean…blanket was as thin as the sheets.
Location was central but also lots of vagabonds and drunk people frequent the area. Staff is friendly however. Pool was gross. Jacuzzi was closed off with yellow tape.
This hotel is obviously old but it was clean and the staff were VERY nice and accommodating. Room had a great a/c. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Only down fall is no ice machine!!! Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and I would for sure go back if i visit the area again.
There wasn't anything I like about this property, this picture is misleading about the condition of the property, the property was dirty, the halls smell of urine and my room was to be a non-smoking room but it had a strong smell of someone smoking, so they move me to another room, try to cover the smoke with air freshener but I can still smell the smoke, so we checked out.

Room cleanliness leaves something to be desired and it’s a sketchy area, but a great location (near grocery store and Long Beach Convention Center).
Not in a great area, did not feel very safe even thought it was just a few blocks from the ocean. The room looked like it has been cleaned but not very well. The floor was dirty and the sheets had hair on them. The whole pool area smelled of marijuana. The staff at the front desk was very friendly which was nice. It was also very loud there but with earplugs I was able to sleep ok.

Obviously if you pay what you paid you know what you’re getting into. The guy at the front desk was pleasant. Just A dated hotel. Good good if you need somewhere to stay and close everything you need in Long Beach
Not what I expected front desk said it had just been renovated and had new ac. Find old ac burn cigarette burn marks on both beds and smelled like smoke. Old 90's TV (not working) and a red splatter not sure what it was on the ceiling. On the upside I did get a full refund without hesitation.
