It was a horrific experience, I checked in on the 3rd, when I went to bed I noticed a shadow next to my door, and I could see very little movement, I watched and didn’t take my eyes off the door.. someone stood there doing who knows what, but there was no noise or anything. I got close to the door and told the person to stop and leave. They left, but they came back. I went online looking for the front desk phone number and it’s not listed. So I had to go downstairs to the front desk, explained the situation and they said they’d keep an eye out. Apparently they didn’t because who ever it was came back and make a long story short I did not sleep, on the 4th the same exact thing happened.. I got the manager’s email sent her an email along with the videos I recorded.. nothing! No one ever replied. I need to sleep I was tired so I moved rooms, paid for another day. Emailed this person one more time, I’ve checked out for almost 2 hours and still no word from anyone at the hotel.. CARING AND PROFFESSIONAL 🙄

Not worth it/ they double charged me the deposit - parking was not secure or worth 30$ - the shower didn’t work - the room smelled like cat piss. They give you a tiny shampoo packet and 2 tiny bar of soaps - if was extreme poverty conditions - stay somewhere else - they should charge 50$ or less per night -

This place is terrible. It smells extremely horrible and the common area and the bedrooms. We were almost able to breathe. It was so bad we had to leave early. The room is poorly put together. It doesn’t even look nice the bed is extremely cheap. The shower and the bathroom was dirty. Everything smells like smoking cigarettes except they charge a fee if you smoke in their facility so I’m confused on why it smells horrible like that. I asked for blankets. They didn’t even have extra blankets. Staff were super rude. I needed to move my car over , the staff and another hotel resident came to the door to asked me to move my car which was extremely unprofessional. The other president should have not known the room that I was staying in let along come along to knock on my door and rudely asked me to leave this place needs to be shut down

Location is convenient but parking is expensive and the neighborhood can be less than ideal at night so it was disappointing to pay so much just to not have the lot be gated. No free parking within the neighborhood also. Room was very clean and the AC worked well. The lighting in the room was also not great but with a ring light we brought it was fine. Overall pretty happy.

The hotel was very nice for the close location to Hollywood Blvd. The room was clean and stylish. The only complaint I have would be about the bed mattress.They are very uncomfortable and old feeling. BUT that won’t stop us for not staying again. We will be back for more stays.

One of the most disgusting looking hotels. We stormed out of there. No smoking is allowed in the building yet our room smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns on the pillow cases! Dirty walls and bed frames! We got moved to another room which was supposed to be better. It didn’t smell but had cockroaches!!! We also had crackheads chilling by the parking lot…felt totally unsafe in the hotel and outside. I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could…so so bad.
