This should not even be listed on Orbitz. The place is basically a stop for people to do drugs and leave everything disgusting. The rooms smelled terrible, the bedding was damp (because they just had one dryer was their excuse), the restroom was horrible, with liquids all over, mold, disgusting. Everything was old, broken, noisy, dark, and gross. They do a shift change right at 3pm when check in happens. The person leaving was so rude. The new person was very nice. They ask for cash deposit which is not listed when one reserves. Overall, terrible.
I booked this hotel online. I realize the moment it was confirmed that it was the wrong date. I called to correct the date but the hotel would not change it. They refused to provide a refund or a credit for another available date. I am so disappointed. We literally did not use it & it should not have been charged. Shame on them to charge someone who made an honest mistake & tried immediately to reach out & correct it.

Soap and towels are very low quality and not enough. Room service is only available if you requested by mouth at the counter. Price is good. Breakfast is just instant coffee, bread and cereal. Rooms are not sound proof. Not great for families. Only one person is there most of the time for everything. Front desk needs to be retrained for better customer services. If you are on a budget, this is a good choice.
After a long drive i arrived and was told they were fully booked and we would have to go elsewhere. You still have not refunded the money either
We absolutely did NOT like our stay! Towels dirty and stained, room was FILTHY, repaired were needed no doors on cabinets. Horrible and rude customer service agent was yelling a customers while checking in, calling themselves as a VIP stay. A deposit required in cash only without prior notice.
This hotel is the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life. I would never stay here and i would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I would give this place 0 star.

Very clean and nice place
Doors slamming and people yelling in the hallways all night long. Very loud, very rude. Didnt sleep. Hotel staff did nothing about it.
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. TV did not work, neighbors played loud music all night. The room was dilapidated and nasty. Plus they don’t do refunds, no matter how bad the condition of the room
I thought it was crazy I had to pay $25 to park in the driveway for the night. The hotel itself was felt like a dorm room environment, and was very active throughout the night. Other than that the room was very clean, but freezing.

This place is horrible you book my reservation when you get there they are asking for cash ! Plus a deposit. The worst place there was no hot water. The toilet seat was worked out n chipped the sheets had burn stains in the the towels was filthy. Ended up spreading the towels I had on the floor the sleep it was a mess. Just a 0 if I could give 0 stars I would !!!!
