Room was run down and dirty. Stains on carpet, hair in the bathroom, bug on ceiling , dirty cup in bathtub. Would not stay again.
If you have a room with an adjoining door, you will feel like you’re sleeping WITH the person next door. A guy with relatives on the other side of the world has started a phone call on speakerphone at 4am and it feels like he’s in our room. The walls have have zero sound insulation. Thought this was a good hotel, as it’s our second time here. This will be our last.
parking lot could have used a cleanup. Front entrance had black curb that was not very visible. taping down walkways to guide people to the ramps will not solve the problem. Need white or yellow on edge of curb. Accident waiting to happen. Front desk staff was VERY accommodating. Room was delightful. Banquet area setup staff outstanding.
While some might have negative things to say about this hotel, they would be knit-picking subtle things in their review. Over all, this hotel, that seems to have been recently renovated/remodeled in places, was perfectly fine and comfortable for me. I really don’t have any complaints at all. I love that the gym was open 24 hours a day and the bed was insanely comfortable, as were the pillows (which is typically unheard of for hotels). Also, you’d never know it but this hotel actually has a sauna in it too!

about 15 min away from Disneyland, some train noise but not nightly, great staff, lots of parking, quiet, clean and housekeeping came by after we left late daily and cleaned our room despite our late mornings.
FREEWAY ENTRANCE was so close! Gas up around the corner. Great eateries in walking distances. So close to amusement parks too! Free parking and well lit parking area
The staff were professional and courteous and followed all safety precautions. The place was extremely clean (except for stains on my carpet in the room). The pool was very clean and all elevators had santizers in them. I will definitely come back again.
