My reservation was made on October 17, 2025. On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, I called the hotel to inform them that I would be arriving late on the 27th, between 8:00 and 9:00 PM. They said no problems. When I arrived at 8:00 PM, I had to wait for about half 1/2 hour for them to find me a room. The next morning at 8:00 AM, they called me to say there was a leak next door and they would have to move me to another room. I packed, and they helped me with my luggage to the lobby. It was ok because I was waiting for my sister to go visit family. When she arrived, the room was not ready, so she left her luggage in the car, and we went on with our plans. When we returned in the afternoon, we still had to wait about an hour for the new room. The new room was large with a king-size bed, and the other bed was a sofa bed. Not the comfort expected. Yes, they kept apologizing. They gave us free breakfast. I think what happen is a large group came and they moved me to accommodate this large group in the same area.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We decided to try again and hope things were better. The bathrooms have mold in them and tubs don’t always work. The pool is terribly dirty and furniture is broken. The hotel is very noisy and the room walls are so thin. We shared about several items needing repair and they were not fixed. Definitely not worth the money. Sadly we will not stay here again or recommend this to anyone. Dirty rooms!
