Ice machine was broken during entire 3 days. Every time I asked front desk, it was “someone’s coming to fix it tomorrow.” Fairly obvious they had no intention of fixing it just waiting for guests to check out. Asked and was allowed late check out, but still housekeeping was insisting on cleaning my room at 1030 am. The value is fairly less than the price paid.

Decent.

the toilet won't flush with the handle. I have to take the top of the tank off and do it manually. Not a big deal but a pain in the ass especially in the middle of the night when I'm half asleep. Also I had to pull the refridgerator out to plug it in. Other than that my stay has been pleasant. Housekeeping is wonderful.Great job ladies !

Floor made my feet black. Other than that good stay.

Rooms are perfect size, and look greater. The property is very clean.

Convenient location. Close ro restaurants and shopping centers.

Just skip this property. It’s overpriced and disgusting. When I first arrived, my initial room was filthy. There were toe nail clippings next to the seat, hair on the coffee maker, and sticky spots on the floor. I asked to change rooms. My next room had an unswept floor, AND small roaches everywhere. I didn’t sleep a wink here. I told the staff about my issues and never received follow up from management. And just if you’d like to know, there is a $100 charge (like a deposit I suppose, except they don’t pend it, you’re actually charged and later refunded) and breakfast is bread and cereal. But there are plenty of restaurants around.

It was great stay. I was totally recommend it to everybody else to go stay there great

Friendly check-in. I arrived a couple of hours early and was able to check-in at around 1:30pm. The place was just what I needed for one night. Thank you.

What I liked the most was the shower head. It had the waterfall feature which I love. The worst thing probably were the towels. They were cheap and dingy. It is in a good area for shopping and eating.

clean room comfortable except the desk chair should have been thrown away years ago cushion broke down seat tilted/ bent and tore up a bit

Nice hotel. Room was quite, comfortable and clean. Pool was nice and enjoyable. The only down side was size of area for the breakfast only a table for 4 and two other chairs in the lobby.

Okay, but it smell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#!!!!!!!!!!!

I made reservation for 5/18. I had to change fate on App.i got to hotel and was told my reservation was not until 5/19. I asked if their was a room for 5/18. He said yes but it was for a queen bed and the price was doubled to $140. It was the last room available. Unacceptable. I stated I would not be staying, 5/18 or 5/19. I was still charged for 5/19, even though all rooms were reserved. I should not be charged!

The room(211) i got stunk so bad like the walls and floors where soaked in vinegar. I had to use a whole bottle of body spray over sheets, curtains and floors. It didnt help.

Hotel is not bad, don't expect too much and you'll be fine. Staff is very good, helpful, which made the short stay better. Provided items were clean, as was the bed and bathroom, so overall, not bad.
