No good 😌
At check-in, manager asked for $20 for a key fee. I said I didn't have cash so he said oh, never mind. Hard to tell whether that was being nice and letting it go or changing his mind about scheming on me. That no visitor policy had me wondering if this were sketchy building or area. Room was clean and spacious but a little weird that only one side of the bed had a lamp on the nightstand. there was no water in the vending machine so there should be an advisory about whether the tap is safe to drink. I would stay there again now that I know the situation. Good location and not that much noise
At check-in, I was asked for a $20 cash deposit for the room key. I did not have any cash so I had to leave my DL (crazy!). After I settled, I had to leave the room for a while so I went to ask for my DL and had to give the key back. When I came back, I had no room. The manager figured that I had checked out because I returned the key (what?) and he rented out my room while my stuff was all in there. He said “no problem” and that everything was in storage for me. I got my stuff and I was missing two pairs of shoes and he said to ask/check again in the morning (why?). As a solution, I was given a smaller room under construction, with bugs/insects, filthy fridge, a tv with a broken screen so it didn’t work, etc. I didn’t even want to walk without without shoes in the room and it was a smoking room (I had a non-smoking one before). I honestly don’t understand how Orbitz can have/offer a place like this to us…Worse experience ever so far in a hotel !!!
Stores near by Nice and quiet neighborhood.lots of things todo around here but time to go back home to California
the hotel is clean, a large room, but the location of the hotel is not very good, the noise from the street very much interferes with sleeping! breakfast leaves much to be desired, better prepare and buy breakfast outside the hotel
Was perfect for our weekend trip to a celebration in town.
My stay was overpriced for what you get. It was yelling on two occasions from other rooms. The bed was stiff, and flat pillows which gave me a stiff neck. Poorly lit. Not good door locks. & the owners whom live behind the office were reluctant. The man allowed me to use a pair of scissors for a minute & that was nice.

we do ask $20 key deposit to make sure customers return room keys. we do not scam any of our customers. we return their key deposit as soon as they check out giving the key back.
