The pullout bed was not useable for a third person; it was all springs and no cushion. Breakfast was terrible; the self-serve space was too small for so many people, and the food was not replenished well when it ran out. The lobby was very musty; think they have a mold problem.

I love Residence Inn because the hotel always meets my needs when I travel for myself and with family. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would come back as long as the fumigate. Though not bad, they have a roach problem. I only saw two but that was too many. When I told the manage he apologized and moved me to another room in another building and all was well...then I saw one roach in that room. I didn't let them know, I assume they know this already, and we were checking out the next day.

As soon as we walked into the room there was a strong smell of bleach. The refrigerator was beautiful however it didn't work and our food ended up spoiling.one of the restrooms had dirt on the walls and the bottom of the tub was stained and didn't appear clean. The saving grace was the breakfast buffet was good and had several options.

ENJOYED OURSELVES, BED WAS COMFY AND ROOMM WAS EASLY ACCESSIBLE FROM PARKING LOT.

Very far from LA City and no major restaurants or eateries in the neighborhood? Takes 1 plus hours to reach hotel from any of the major LA attractions such as Universal or Warner Brother Studios or Santa Monica!?

This is my second year staying in this hotel and it was just as great the second time as it was the first. The location isnt the best BUT with how great everything else is it makes it 100 worth it. Breakfast is delicious, they have waffles, cereal, eggs, potatoes, bagels, toast and even muffins along with a lot of other items to chose from.

Room is large and has a kitchen with complete utensils to cook if needed. Highly recommend this place for a group/family to stay at.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Good for a family vacation.

Stayed here while in town for a family function. The hotel was clean and pleasant. Staff was terrific. Parents were in a Handicap accessible room which was terrific. My room was excellent. For the money it is a terrific deal. If I was there for a longer period the Kitchen would have been necessary. There is not much food wise because the hotel is close to an industrial park, and restaurants are not that close by. However it also proved to be quiet when we needed it to be. We felt safe. The staff will provide directions to whatever you need. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to the area.

Close to the freeway. Parking not an issue. Close by places to eat. Attractions nearby.

Over all, this hotel was great. More than I expected. The only rough spot was the bed. A little lumpy. And one of our key cards would not work, even after an attempt by the the front desk to reset it. Aside from that, evening else was more than adequate, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good.

I think it's nice place to stay with family. They provided good services and it's comfortable. With renovation, it also looks nice.

Clean and comfortable and great service! Despite me having to leave early before the breakfast started at 7am, the staff had great disposition providing me with whatever was ready for breakfast.

parking was the only issue couldn't find any parking but it was memorial weekend so i let it not get to me. other thing main office was under construction had to go all the way around to check in and out. overall the rooms were very nice and clean will book this hotel again.
