Terrible service, had to ask for EVERYTHING, toilet paper, towels, coffee. Construction started at 5:30 am. We got to our room at 2am!!!! They did change our room when we complained. Our room was cleaned with towels 1 day out of 4! Service sign was on door. Vacation was ruined

Upon check-in I was unenthusiastically greeted by two front desk ladies that couldn't appear more bored. I was pointed to my room, which featured a view of a wall, dusty light fixtures and dated furniture. All in all, just not a comfortable room.

Hotel staff welcoming and pleasant.. Room was a stuffy smelling due to no ability to open windows.

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The shopping malls & food courts were very close by. The staff was very nice and helpful. And if your looking for a great diner to eat that's open 24hrs i would recommend Norms very close by as well.

Valet parking is $40 per day, but their valet staff is excellent, fast and friendly.

Very clean, good vibe, close to attractions however service did not show a sense of urgency. The description states there is parking but doesn't tell you the only option is valet and the cost is 40.00 per night........

It was great, staff was very pleasant. Room was very artsy. And great location.

The Grafton has a good balance of good location, decent price and nice place. There are lots of nice hotels in West Hollywood, and by comparison the Grafton is well priced and just as nice as many of those places, albeit a little smaller (which is no issue to me).

Was going to be arriving very late so called to let them know and to please not leave me with the worse room in the hotel. Guy in the phone was less than accommodating. Ended up with the room closest to the lobby. Greeting upon arrival was awful. One guy was on the phone and wast sure if he worked their. He then left, and another guy helped me. Nice room but toiletries were mediocre. The general vibe in the hotel is dead, so the cool room does not redeem overall experience. Would NOT stay there again.

Went to Cali for my BFFs 30th birthday. He suggested I stay near WEHO. The Grafton was the hotel I selected and it was awesome. Considering I spent most of the time in the city but when I was at the hotel the stay was amazing. Came in to fix the AC at 3am and even helped get my car from Valet when I lost the ticket. $40 for parking is a little steep but you really have no choice cause parking is scarce in the area. The gym is small but you can get a decent work out in if you like. It has basic equipment for a quick work out. The courtyard with the pool looked amazing and the set up/features in the room were awesome. I loved the charging station by the bed that was hidden in the table/sofa that was in the room. Overall I give this hotel an 8 out 10. (the gym and the parking are where the two points are lost)

Basically the hotel was fine. I just thought the price was very high for the quality of the hotel. The staff was very good. The rates were high undoubtedly because of the area but I would rather pay more and at least get what I thought would be a better value. It was very convenient in terms o location for what we were doing.

This is a decent priced, good hotel. It's centrally located on Sunset and for the relative price, it's a nice place. It's a bit loud in the evenings, but I didn't feel it in my room at night, so it didn't bother me.

Perfect location for walking or driving to local sites. Well situated on Sunset Blvd. Nice pool with comfy lounge chairs. Nice hotel bar & reataurant! Great service for our 4-night stay!

I be been to so many hotels and has wonderful experiences except this hotel! Staff not friendly at all. The construction next door made it impossible to even stop in front of the hotel or near the hotel to drop your bags off. Don't stay here!l there are a million better hotels in la.

First off, the staff was wonderful, which I always appreciate. Like others have said the rooms aren't very soundproof and I could hear the girls above me stomping around in their heels before they went out luckily that was pretty early in the night. The bathroom was huge, but the door wasn't really practical for nighttime as the light illuminated the entire room. The shower took a good 2 minutes to heat up, so be aware of that if you think you have a faulty shower! My only real complaint was with the wifi. You can pay to upgrade the wifi so it's faster, but for the price I would expect wifi to be included. Overall I was satisfied, but will probably stay somewhere else my next trip.

The hotel is clean as well as their staff is good. It is located at good location & suites us very well. I would like to stay at the same hotel for my next trip to LA.

This place was amazing, the staff were amazing, the location is amazing, the rooms are amazing, the amenities are amazing. I would stay there everyday and everytime I am in the city. I think and know that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in the entire world. I normally book about up to 200 hotel rooms a year for myself. This one has without a doubt in my mind come in first place it is better than the resorts in Scottsdale, Arizona, it is better than the boutiques in New York City, it is better than the financial district of San Francisco. I say thank you very much to this hotel a million times over. If you don't stay here well then you merely are missing the mark of what true hospitality is all about.

Location is Great. It's some what walking distance despite the hill/slope. Would stay again. Simple and sweet but felt very nice. Bed was soft and room was well decorated. Obvious they remodeled but still nice. Loved overlooking the pool.

My wife and I went to L.A. for a long weekend trip and stayed at the Grafton for the first time. The location was great, just down from the Sunset Strip and central to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Although my stay was brief, I was very comfortable, the rooms are clean, the restaurant was terrific. the staff was great very accommodating. I would def stay there again.

We apologize abut the pool being closed but unfortunately we had to perform an emergency repair. Not sure what construction noise you are referring to because the City of West Hollywood does not allow it to begin until later in the morning. We really appreciate you taking time to let us know of your experience because your input is very valuable.
