Great overall, central location easy access, clean rooms

Carpets were dirty. Otherwise nice room. I wish there was a coffee or tea machine in the room though.... a plus is the staff provided parking for my tall van and a storage unit for my surfboards!

Room and hotel are outdated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location but is in need of an update.

The hotel is just OK. It's very old but clean. Right in the middle of Koreatown, most guest seemed to be Korean tourists and there was a Korean restaurant in the hotel. Room was VERY small, just enough space for a bed and TV. Furniture was old and scratched.

Hotel was worth the cost. It was clean. No issues with the staff. It was quiet and then relaxing. A major plus was the fact that the hotel had free parking. Will definitely stay again if I visit LA again.

We arrived early and the female staff at the front desk was very obnoxiously rude. We left our bags with the front desk and ventured out to do some sight-seeing. We came back at around 1pm. I am sure there were rooms available at that time. She was still rude. She could have been more professional about her approach but it was like in a condescending manner. That turned me off! Due to that one female individual staff, I would NOT recommend this hotel! Also, we went up to our room and was hoping it would be in at least good condition since she was so uptight that the cleaning needs to happen first! But, guess what, the room was dirty. There were spots all over the furniture and the tub. The sheets were badly stained. The pillow cases had hair! It was gross! Never will I go back to this hotel again!

I was not all pleased with my stay. Hotel kept having meetings in the evening and would not let us park for our convenience. Also beds were a lil hard. I would not stay here again.

No good hidden parking fees staff acts like they don't care and look at you different compare to people from Asia Hotel Located in Koreatown. Breakfast too small one egg one piece of bacon and cup of coffee half way . Threat to charge you for water damage $200 if shower courtain is not used as they required

I booked a room to go to a concert at the Wiltern. Which was just across the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. I was told I had to deposit 50.00 for security deposit even though my room was paid in advance. I understand this but next time, I think that should be told prior to checking. I still have not recieved my refund of $50.00. I checked in around 3:00pm on 2/26/17 and I checked out around 1:00am 2/27/17. The hotel is in a convenient location. Supermarket across street, gas station close by, lots of restaurants and coffee bean shop.

This hotel was horrible, it looked nice on outside but only the front of building. There was no pool. People doing drugs on side stairs of building, front staff not friendly or helpful at all. Rooms too small, floor carpet dirty, too much noise even with windows closed, all night people fighting, men drinking on hallways. Scary for kids, definitely not a family hotel...I will never recommend, nor will I ever stay there again, not worth the price, I thought if I paid a little more it would be worth it, but not at all....don't believe the pictures.

Hotel looks nice on outside, but not inside. Staff are not accommodating, loud noises all night long. People smoking weed and cigarettes outside. No pool, no gym....not good for families, couples screaming on hallways, drunk men coming out of rooms with bottles of alcohol. Very expensive, motel 6 would have been better.

Old hotel in downtown LA, bed is not comfortable very hard. At least we got the ref but no microwave for the price same as what we paid in a high end hotel. This is the last resort if you don't have a place to stay

Everything was dated in the hotel room from the furniture to the bathroom fixtures. The hotel is also located in a slightly rough part of LA. The Staff was nice but I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it was a last resort.

Workers are ok, room is ok but location is not perfect, ghetto area.

Nice, clean room, fast Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. I will visit again!

If holiday is your pleasure location /hotel/staff are excellent If on business as I was...not your hotel No work station/table in room or place to do paperwoek

Yelling all night by homeless sleeping on the street below my window
