We had an amazing stay at Pooya’s property. The apartment is spotless, very well maintained, and fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances a family might need. We stayed for more than 40 days and everything was perfect throughout our time there.The location is outstanding — it’s literally a 1-minute walk to the beach, very close to the iconic Santa Monica Pier, and just a short distance to the shops and restaurants on both the Promenade and Montana. The area feels safe, convenient, and ideal for daily walks.Pooya and his team were always present, responsive, and extremely attentive to every detail. Their care and hospitality made our stay even better.We will definitely be back. 5/5 — highly recommended!
