Horrible experience, room dirty and roaches, I checked out 10 mins after, I wouldn't never recommend this place...HORRIBLE

What a dump!!! Don't waste your money!!! No smoke alarms, no escape route posted in case of a fire. No locks on windows, cracked tile, rusty showers, zip tied door knobs, slat glass windows from 1967 don't close, Place looks like it harbors drug addicts.

Get what you pay for. Don't expect comfort, very basic hotel little bit noisy.

I would not recommend this property to anyone it's very dirty people smoke in the hallways loud and it looks very dangerous..WE CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY

Easy hotel for simple one nighter nothing fancy but fast, quick to airport

Not a safe place to stay and VERY slow check-out. VERY RUDE front desk staff.

First I will have to start with the parking, as you arrive to the Hotel, the main entrance is blocked by their Airport Shuttle which on the night of my arrival there was “no” Shuttle driver which meant their Shuttle will not be moving obstructing the right of way fir arriving Guest, now to enter there is a very anoying way of how the doors operate and I will leave it at that, the Front desk staff are very very very rude, maybe because the hotel caters to all kinds of Guest (if you know what I mean) it looks to me that at one point this was a nice Hotel, it loooks almost as if at one point it was a resort, but not any more, there is “trash” every where you walk, people sets their trash bags outside their rooms and we are not talking about little trash bags but the large size ones so just imagine seen these trash bags as you walk down the hallways, the rooms are very old and run down, cleaningless is not a priority, there is mold in the shower, toilet seat is not secure which is a hazard for a large person as it can break, towels are of different colors (to hide stains I guess) the room carpets are dirty and looks as if they haven’t been cleaned in ages , there is people camping out on the hallways, the pool does not look like it has a good filtration system so I did not get in the pool as it did not look safe, please do not get fouled by their “Free Breakfast” which consist of a cup of coffe and “A” muffing” over all not a Safe Hotel to stay with little ones 😞

There were bedbugs and cockroaches as well as the stench in the building. 30 minutes after check in I left. I’m looking for a refund on false advertising

It's the worse place I've ever stayed in U.S. among all the hotels/motels. It's noisy, bad-equipped, and cramped. It made me and my friend so uncomfortable. We hard to sleep at night. Besides, it's hard to find because the actual hotel doesn't call this name!! It has limited parking space and unfriendly staff. Worse than ever!

There were two bedrooms, but no door between the rooms.

Definitely shouldn't be called an hotel its a motel. Its loud and noisy. In the middle of the ghetto. Very dirty and uncomfortable. Shuttle driver doesnt help with bags but expect a tip. Would never stay here again even if its free!!!!!

Went out to eat and when we got back we were unable to park due to the way the hotel is laid out. Room was dirty and noisy, noisy, noisy. Also it was extremely cold, ran the heater all night and froze....

No heat in first two rooms tried. Cold wave here in LA 50 degrees and no heat. Third room limited heat. hot water not hot. just lukewarm. so no hot bath or shower.

Best 420 friendly Hotel near LAX, very comfortable, fun people stay here. I have been staying there 20 nights per year for 10 years.

I stay here almost monthly. 420 friendly cool staff

Ugh. Would not stay here again. Cleanliness is questionable. Rooms are old and uncomfortable. Very noisy - you hear all of your neighbors and everything going on around the hotel. I tried to take the free airport shuttle - called and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. Waited over an hour at the airport and it never showed - had to take an Uber instead (I later overheard the front desk lady telling everyone that asked that the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes and realized they just say this when they actually have no idea). As for the free breakfast - it doesn't exists. I left the hotel between 7 and 7:30 a.m. - there was no breakfast provided. The only thing offered was water, and when I filled a cup with it, it was dirty. Gross.

Rudest Manger ever. Her name is Summer. when I called to complain about the room, she began to mock me and make fun of my name. then When I asked her for for name she told me that her name was Cowan, (which is my last name.) she is very rude and I am contacting Corporate bout it today.

Not a good area, run down, old , crusty, and stinky
