Great place for long weekend/holidays

I rented this for my parents to stay during Thanksgiving. We live nearby but don’t have enough space. The location was perfect, only two blocks from us. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with. Everything went perfectly. We’ll definitely reserve this property again!

NYers back in town to see family

My parents (in their 70s) & I came back home to NY to visit my grandmother and other family. We decided to stay in Long Beach. The place was cozy and the perfect amount of space for us. Parking wasn't a problem bc it was off season. Th3 furthest We had to park was down and around the block. The neighborhood felt safe. Excellent Communication with the property mgmt and the response was quick! Thank you for answering all our questions and concerns. I recommend this spot to anyone looking in the area!!

Great vacation!

The property was clean and comfortable for me, my wife, and son! It had all the essentials for beach going AND in great condition. The property manager was so responsive and kind. The neighborhood consist of local people who might look a little rough around the edges but are kind. The people beneath the rental seem very nice and even gave us a recommendation for dinner. We biked most places and were completely fine doing it, even with our toddler. The boardwalk was beautiful and not packed. Mongolia fishing pier had the nicest guy working there and willing to help us set up and fish. There isn’t a lot of activities to do but if you are there for some beach fun it’s a great little get away!

Super Convenient and Welcoming for Families

We stayed for 2 nights with our three children, and were amazing at how easy and set up they were for families! the location is also super convenient for walking to all of the best restaurants, boardwalk, and beach! Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Michael!

Perfect Place

Michael the owner was incredible before and during the stay. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, and getting a better feel for the area. The place was perfect. It must be have been remodeled in the last few months. Beds and Futon was great. The bedrooms worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed! The living room was perfect just to hang out in with your family. If there were six stars, then I would give it six stars! My wife and my son were very happy with the stay. Also, it close to a lot of great stuff...like Jones Beach! Thank you Michael!

Great Getaway

Beautiful clean place. Walkable to everything Long Beach has to offer. We went in off season, no issues with parking if needed. Would stay again with our family of 5.
