We enjoyed our stay for being in London first time this was a great first impression. The breakfast was superb with a lot of choices and for us having jet lagged still throughout our tour it was a bonus that they start the breakky early 6:30 AM. We just noticed a little bit of a noise in our room 215 during the night, i don’t know if that was the air conditioning or something else but its a vibrating sound on the walls. Stayed for two nights and this will be our go to hotel for sure whenever we’re in the UK.

Staff excellent 5*, but property is not a 4* hotel in my experience, Rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment/decorating e.g. paint missing from walls, bathroom sealant peeling and green/black in areas, window frame rusting/mouldy on inside, tv’s worked intermittently, ac fan speed could not be turned down as engineer advised broken, so “choose off or full fan speed” was the response, which wasn’t great. Breakfast is okay but lacking veggie hot options, fruit choice is limited. Having a kitchen area was helpful.

Staff were polite Whilst I didn’t expect a large room it was a squeeze and we as to move tables around to be able to use the sofa bed The kitchen was really handy in the room itself The breakfast food as warm and a few options but the space was a squeeze for the amount of guests Good location

We dropped our bags off and were told we had been upgraded, however when we returned at check in time we were told our upgrade had been given away. Really disappointed. Upgrades should not be given until they can be honoured ie at time of check in. It was a special trip for my sisters 50th birthday which they were aware of.

The hotel location was absolutely perfect—we were right by Tower Bridge. The walking distance to the nearest underground, was so good. The staff were very friendly and helpful; when we asked for assistance booking a taxi to the airport, they took care of it right away. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for three people and all of our luggage. Breakfast was a great bonus, making mornings so much easier and more enjoyable. There are so many restaurants and cute little bars/ pubs on the same street. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
