We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and service when we stayed here. Breakfast was included which was great, only down side was room was a bit small for the three of us but this wouldn't put us off going back

The staff is very rude, the rooms are tiny, and if you have more than one item to charge you are out of luck. On the plus side - at least my room was clean & a hot breakfast was provided each morning.

I went to reception to check in and thought i was in the wrong place at first as everyone in the que was asking for the doctors??? There 3 people on the desk 2 who were dealing with customers and the third person doing nothing but staring into space. I was told the room was prepaid but they want to swipe my card for a damage deposit now. I was then asked if i wanted the car park at £20 a night. Are they joking. (Park round the corner its free) also if i did pay they said it was full anyway and could not guarantee a space. I then went to my family room via the maze of corridors with the most bad layout of pillars in the centre of the hallway. Made me need to zigzag around them with a buggy and cases. The room was cramped and tiny. After being in the room for 10 mins the fire alarm went off. No one left and no staff dis anything. Later that night i closed the window and went to sleep. In the night a bad storm happened the window came open and soaked the window area. On the monday i was woken up to noisy workmen as there was no mention of building works happening at the hotel. I also then noticed black mould all over the windows and walls. Thats disgusting if not a health risk. 5 times i contacted customer services and was told they will get back to me. The only email i then got said sorry we have no record of your complaint. Terrible company i will never stay again

The most supportive and caring team. We stayed here for 1 night as my sister was in St. George’s Hospital for a major surgery. We asked for a early check in due to the surgery timings and they kindly allowed us to check in a few hrs earlier. We were also fasting, so we asked if our breakfast could be delivered in the early hours of the morning, again very happy to help us. Lastly, we asked if we could extend our check out timing due to the hospital hours, the manager was very happy to help us out. Overall, they really take care of you and cater for your needs as a customer. So thank you Wimbledon South for helping us during this difficult time. We really appreciate it. All the best.

We had booked a family room and the price was great and the location was spot on, for shopping in central London. The only let down was the sofa bed, this was a double and every time someone moved on it it squeeked very loudly, this with a noisey air con meant a very bad nights sleep. But the staff were so very pleasant and the help your self breakfast was great. I would stay again but maybe go for 2 rooms. Oh also something to remember, is very limited car park, we arrived around 2100 and were told by the reception that the car park was full and to park on a side street somewhere.

booked a twin room to share with a friend near to wimbledon. the area was near to transport links and loads of places to eat. also near to shopping with the biggest m&s in london. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about facilities near by. we had a lovely couple of days. we were put on the top floor which was fairly quiet but in this chain of hotels you are always woken by the other guests leaving as the doors do not close quietly.

All the usual pros of staying at Holiday Inn and great location . It’s a 35 minute underground trip from Euston station and a minutes walk from the Colliers Wood underground station at the other end. Rooms are clean,bright and comfortable , tv channels are basic free view but good size screen and wi-fi was very good . Good breakfast but try and get there before 9am or after 9:45 at the weekend to avoid the jumble sale and mess . My only criticism of Holiday Inn Express Wimbledon was that customer service was a little lacking ..... Apparently if housekeeping have gone home it’s tough luck if you need anything for your room ! Although if you go to reception and beg a little they will provide an iron and board and on one night some coffee and milk as housekeeping had forgotten to replace in the room . I would not hesitate to stay here again .

we had an extended stay at the Holiday inn at Wimbledon South, The room was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast satisfactory. Hotel is close to the Colliers wood station and a number of eateries. The location is great for families as it is near a park, Library and facilities for kiddies play. Worthy of mention are Sidi, Ana and Sylvia (the breakfast lady). They made our stay comfortable and were willing to go the extra-mile. Full English breakfast was available at 5am on the day we left.

Stayed only one night. Entrance to car park is behind the building. Scaffolding on the entrance lane and a tight turn. Car park is small for size of the hotel and £20 per night. This seems a bit steep. Room very high ceiling Rd and window set high, felt a bit like Alice. Bathroom re-fitted with new shower but dimly lit. Bed very clean and comfortable. Choice of evening meal very limited, you’d do better going to one of the restaurants/pubs nearby. Breakfast pretty good though. Colliers Wood underground across the road. A selection of large stores nearby, you can’t miss the signs.

Very close to underground station and convenient location to super markets and restaurants. Very friendly and supportive staff. Clean room and bathroom. Simple English breakfast. We stayed for 10 days with our 6 years old son. We had a very pleasant stay. Very suitable for travelers.
