We really enjoyed the breakfast! It is interesting how we have the same foods, but they taste different. Staff is friendly and helped us get ice! Rooms are small, but adequate. Safe. Ask for extra pillows!

This was the perfect spot. It was in walking distance of everything you could want or need. The staff was awesome. Very importantly for me, my stay was during a heat wave, and this hotel had AC, which is unusual in the UK. I would stay here again.

Be aware the standard room is small, but to offset this, the staff were amazing, the location perfect for walkers, very close to many attractions. The adjoining lounge/dining area clean, food simple, know though you would never go hungry. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was great. Excellent location and loved the little restaurant attached. Staff here need some training on how to communicate with guests. Our flight was canceled which delayed our check in until the next morning. I messaged through this app to let the hotel and Hotels.com know we’d be late. When we arrived our 3 night stay was canceled completely. We didn’t cancel and the hotel said they don’t know why it was canceled. After 24 hours of no sleep, all we wanted was to go to our room that we booked 2 months in advance but instead we were made to sit in a tiny lobby with a revolving door of people watching the front staff tell us that there were no rooms available and that they weren’t sure if we’d get our money back. Not a great way to start our vacation.

Westminster Gem!

Lovely hotel with an amazing location— It’s a 5 minute walk to some of the best tourist spots in the city! Staff was excellent, rooms were tidy and had everything we needed. Not particularly spacious, but perfect for single guests or couples.

Despite a long line at check in, everything from that point on was nothing short of excellent. The location was convenient, staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, room was clean with excellent amenities. We had an excellent stay. The property was clean and the staff was kind. Our room was small, but the bed was comfortable & the air conditioning was excellent. We loved the location as well, short walk to the train station along with ionic London sights. Highly recommend this property.
