Hotel has comfortable beds but rooms are small, noisy and has a tiny bathroom . No elevators. Good price for the rooms and the Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.
This hotel is in a great location; within walking distance to victoria station. However, it felt more like a dormitory than a hotel. It should be a little cheaper than it is, but breakfast is free and the staff is friendly. It is on a street full of other hotels, so there may be a better option in the same location.
Close to Victoria tube station, but the room was tiny and the shared bathroom had mold in the shower. The English breakfast was included and was pretty good. Staff was helpful.
This hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel when it should be a one star only. [...] We were not told that rooms did not have private facilities. Furthermore we had to walk up one flight of stairs for bathrooms. The room was tiny, smelled funny, no ventilation and we could not open the windows because the outside noise was awful. We booked for three nights and moved out after only one night and forfeited our money. We should at least have been reimbursed for one day. To make matters worse, staff at the front desk barely spoke English. They were not unfriendly, they just had no business being at reception. This is England?
Staff were very helpful, esp with internet service. Breakfast staff were consistently cheerful and generous.
