Beautiful flat to rent in Islington London

This is a second floor maisonette set over 2 floors. On the first floor is a large kitchen diner, bathroom and king size bedroom. On the second floor are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room. It’s in the heart of London (West end) 20 minutes by bus . Close to kings cross St Pancras and Angel train stations. We are friendly and approachable and available via text and email for any queries. Please note there is no lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues. No pets allowed and no smoking or vaping. Many thanks Xx

Nous étions deux adultes et 4 jeunes et nous n'avons pas manqué d'espace. Le logement est bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four, ventilateur dans chaque chambre...) et nous avons apprécié le fait que l'essentiel du quotidien soit présent (draps, serviettes, papier toilette, sel,...). Le fait que l'appartement soit traversant permet de garder une température agréable malgré les 30 extérieurs. Le seul bémol serait sur le plancher qui n'est pas en très bon état dans la salle commune, mais tout-de-même pas au point de craindre un accident. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité des transports, et nous avons facilement accédé à tous les lieux que nous voulions visiter. C'était au final un très bon plan pour une visite de Londres!

Un taudis crasseux inadmissible. Sale des murs au plafond en passant par le mobilier. Reste nouriture dans micro-ondes en décomposition. Fiente oiseau sur rideaux, vaisselle sale, fenêtres sales. Électricité et détection incendie défectueuses. Parquet se désolidarisant. Ce logement ne devrait jamais être loué.
