First floor room with windows to the common area. Couldnt open the windows because the common afea seems in construction and the smell of cement would come to the room. Theirs no front desk person at any time. Just the lady aho serve breakfast and clean the room.
The hotel is really well located, and it has a really nice price for the area where it is located. However, we found bedbugs on the bed (big ones!), and we realized that the carpet of the room was never cleaned up while we were there. There was no staff available at the front desk (from 14:00 to 20:00, and we did not see anyone). Rooms are really claustrophobic and there are no double beds in the hotel. About parking, we went there by car.. no parking available on a Saturday night, and prices of parking lots were ridiculously high (48€/day at Praza da Luis Camoes), despite of the info provided by the hotel, which said parking around there were a lot cheaper. Terrible experience. Next time I will pay a little bit more, or I will book a hotel further into "modern" Lisbon in stead of suffering all the lacks of this hotel.
