This apartment was advertised as a ground floor unit, but it is actually a basement apartment. The outdoor area is used as a storage space for rubbish and cleaning materials for the entire building.
While the interior was clean, there was a persistent odor throughout the stay due to its location in the basement, where all the sewage pipes run through. The smell of waste was noticeable daily, especially in the bathroom. Additionally, there is no natural light, being a basement, underground flat and the kitchen is partially divided by a locked office, separated only by a curtain.
For the price, this was not a good experience or stay!

The room was horrible and we would like our money back. The description and photos did not say it was a basement that was dirty and that smelled like toilet. We tried to change our room instantly when we arrived and they said it was not possible.

La ubicación está muy bien ya que a menos de un minuto está una parada de bus y tranvía que te lleva directamente al centro.
El apartamento era igual que en las fotos.
El anfitrión muy agradable y pendiente de que todo estuviera bien.
Lo único negativo ha sido el olor del baño por las mañanas. Olor a tuberías o no se pero muy malo .
El resto bien
La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas también
No se oye apenas ruidos y se descansa muy bien
