"When we got to our hotel, we noticed that the fridge wasn't working, there were stains on the couch, and when we went to wash our hands, the drain in the sink didn't work and the sink filled up with water.
After a long travel day, we just wanted to take a shower, but the drain ended up being backed up there too, so I stood in a pool of water as I took my shower.
We went to a concert at Memorial Stadium, and didn't get back until 1am, but as we went to get into our room, our card didn't work to let us back in. I tried it a few different times before having to go to the lobby and get staff help.
I feel that this price for a hotel as average as this is too expensive. I would expect this for maybe $60/night, not $187."
