The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Clean and comfortable room, Nice staff and great location.

The hotel was clean, the rooms completely on par for what I would expect staying at a Marriot. It was not the fanciest hotel I've been in, but it was definitely obvious that they cared about the cleanliness and accommodations. I just wanted to take the time to say that the defining part of the hotel was actually the staff. From my airport shuttle call, to the shuttle drivers, the bellhop, the bartenders, the clerks... Everyone was amazing and accommodating. I was in town for a job interview and had never even been in the state before. The staff offered to give me shuttle rides instead of Uber's when they were slow, gave me a map with all of their favorite places, greeted me every time they saw me and asked what I had done that day or the night before... Every step of the way the staff went above and beyond, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location for the stadium and Haymarket evening activities.

We love staying at the Cornhusker when we're in Lincoln! Great location and service!

The hotel was beautifully remodeled and the staff was friendly and very courteous.

Just stayed for a night and could not have asked for more.

The room was clean and ample. The location was good. The parking was not.... 16 bucks for valet or park on the street or park in public parking for 7 bucks.

Excellent staff assistance to meet needs of the business travel.

Hotel is clean and nice. Food from room service had not taste and wine was not good.

The hotel was great, it was very nice to stay there and the rooms were wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is having a fridge in the room.

Been here many times always good. Parking can be a challenge.

Friendly staff, nice location and good breakfast. There is a parking garage attached to hotel, and restaurants, movie theater and shopping are all within walking distance.

Very conveniently located, the staff was excellent. Food in the Terrace was pretty good, too. The hotel is getting a little tired, though. The door security latch (the metal piece that swings to latch the door) was broken, which I mentioned to the desk, and some of the electrical plugs did not work.

I would really like a more firm mattress. Parking is 9 dollars a day. Apart froom that, everything else is good.

My family and I were in town for a high school graduation. Between the parties and graduation we were not in our room a lot. When we checked in the front desk gave us a good view of the capitol since we had a young child. Thought that was nice. The hotel was in walking distance of the church we used and the location of the graduation. We did have to pay for parking but I believe most downtown hotels are the same way. They do have a valet but was more expensive than the parking garage that is connected to the hotel. The only true negative experience I had were the feather pillows. But that is my preference. My husband was fine with them. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay there again.

We weren't there very long but the staff were always helpful, the rooms were comfortable.

Wonderful room in great shape. Friendly staff. Only drawback was the parking in the covered garage attached to the hotel for $9 per night, but it was probably a good price.

can't complain...very clean and comfy...

The hotel grill is a very good value for breakfast.

It was durable for what I needed it for, plus the parking arrangement was affordable.
