4/5 Good

"I booked the wrong dates and there was confusion over the room type selected. The staff was super cool about it and very accommodating. (No pun intended.) Too many places these days penalize you for "using a third party" (Expedia), but the nice woman at the front desk put the 'hospitality' back in 'hospitality business' and I would stay here again just based on how awesome she was. The rooms were unique and very roomy BUT there were no coffee makers in the rooms. There was a Keurig in the lobby, but there was a line for the single cup machine and it kept running out of water. (Not a big deal.) It is a MOtel where you can park right outside your room if you request a ground floor (a tip I learned from another review). I'd stay here again and really appreciated feeling like I was a valued guest."
