Sheila at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. We like to stay at this property in the summer especially, because of the beautiful outdoor pool. The rooms are always very clean and have every comfort of home.

Stupendous Stay!

Thanks to Hotels.com, we stumbled upon this oasis within a busy city and absolutely LOVED it! The rooms and suites were a pleasant surprise and so cool and clean! The pool and hot tub were refreshing and the grounds were immaculately groomed and beautiful with sculptures all around, outdoor games, and very friendly staff. We loved it so much that we specifically planned our trip to stay there again on our way home, even though the price had increased on Hotels.com. We vowed to save our money and plan to stay for a week or more next time. We have already recommended this wonderful place to friends and intend to visit again...a lot! Wish I could live there, it's so beautiful!

Brilliance!!! Amazing Stay in Lincoln

I feel lucky to have found this charming hotel! I was traveling across the Midwest and needed a room for one night that was pet friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find Annabell Gardens, and I rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It’s more like a little village of condo homes, offering exceptional privacy and quiet comfort. The pool area with outdoor seating was a fun spot to enjoy the evening. The pool and hot tub are smaller, but super clean, and there are plenty of tables and chairs to hang out and socialize. The hotel offers free soft serve ice cream and slushes, an amazing continental breakfast, and has a small store. There are washer and driers in the units, so I bought a tide pod from the front desk and washed my clothes to reduce traveling with dirty laundry. Also, they offer plenty of doggie waste stations and bags to those traveling with a pet, and there are nice sidewalks and grassy areas. The hotel is located near shopping and the main road. And most importantly, the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. As a solo female traveler, I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful idea for what is classified as hotel. It is more like small apartments. Worked out well for us, breakfast was fantastic. If fact, we have to be in Lincoln again in about a month, and i am sure we will be trying to stay here again.

This place is so nice!! I love the full kitchen and in-room washer and dryer!! The bed was sooo comfortable! The pool was nice and free ice cream and slushies?!? Get out of here!! It’s amazing!!! The only complaint I have is that we paid extra to get a spa tub but the drain didn’t work so we couldn’t use it at all. I probably wouldn’t have spent the money for the upgrade if I had known… We will definitely be back!
