It was great. Beautiful room and surroundings overall experience was very relaxing loved it! Can't wait for are next vacation to the embassy. I highly recommend staying here over other hotels in lincoln that I have stayed at.

We have stayed here numerous times, and always have a great experience!

From the moment we pulled up to the valet until we departed we were thrilled with the friendliness, cleanliness and efficiency of this hotel. All of the little extras that make a day easier were thought of; free happy hour drinks and nibbles, later hours for the pool, sauna and hottub, copious linens, fast free internet and business center and a wonderfully prepared buffet breakfast with an additional egg and omelette station for made-to-order requests all included in the price. The room was spacious, bright and very comfortable. If I was forced to find one thing to mention it would be that the pullout bed would be uncomfortable for two adults; the thickness of the mattress worked for one solo adult but seems much better suited for children. The king bed however, was lush yet firm and perfect.

Stayed the night as we had business at the university the next day. The hotel met all our needs.

Hotel met expectations. It's not the Ritz though. Close to downtown and the University. Nice atrium. Room was large. Good value.

Enjoyed the great location to downtown Lincoln. One of the best free breakfast available. Great free drinks at evening happy hour. rooms wonderful.

I am disappointed that the rooms don't have free wifi for the price. Also, I had to take the bathtub stopper out in order for the tub to drain properly while I was in the shower. Otherwise, we were so pleasantly surprised that our room was not noisy from the atrium area. We also like having a safe available.

The location was perfect for nice walk to the Pinnacle Arena. Amenities were enjoyed and the room was very clean .

We were in Lincoln to attend a concert held at the new Pinnacle Arena. The Embassy was about a 5 block walking distance which was very convenient. We enjoyed the open atrium to be able to visit with other concert goers and the breakfast the next morning was great! Definitely recommend!

GREAT downtown location! Mangers reception was great also. Large clean rooms.

BIG rooms. Very comfortable. Noisy atrium. Overall, a great experience in a very good location. Would use again.

Room very nice, staff great, free breakfast wonderful and evening reception ok.. could have better snacks.. but id eat at local restaurants.. not the one in the hotel...

The Embassy in Downtown Lincoln was a great place for restful sleep while we were busy handling family business during the day. The amenities were clean and the breakfasts each morning were fabulous. With the exception of the front desk clerk at check-in, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. While the front desk clerk made me feel as if I were a second rate citizen who wasn't worthy of staying at the hotel (she seemed put out and didn't offer any more information than asked), she was the exception, not the norm.

I have traveled full time for over a decade. I haven't ever been treated like I was treated by this hotel. I don't know if it is this site's fault or the hotel's but I felt like I was a third class citizen and held hostage. I reserved a non-smoking room but they put me in a smoking room and could car less. The staff acted bored that I didn't want the room. I am not a smoker. I found another hotel close by that I was going to move to but because "I booked through this site" they would NOT let me check out early and said they would keep all of my money. I will never stay at this location again! I don't think I'll book on this site again either. Like I said, I travel several times a month and this is a the worse experience I have had!

The location is very close to the University of Nebraska and an easy walk to wonderful restaurants in the Haymarket. There was a convention and we didn't hear any hallway noise. I would stay here again.

Great food and set up. Good time. Good Breakfast! Fun!

Spend a couple nights up there for a husker game weekend. Within walking distance to the stadium, all the tailgating, downtown, everything. Get there early, park your car, have a good time. Great breakfast great atmosphere great time. A little pricey though.

Cooked to order breakfast provides a pleasant experience. Rooms are large and accommodate families.

consistent with Embassy's in other cities for space annd amenities

Embassy Suites Lincoln provided a comfortable environment throughout every aspect of the hotel. From the hotel lobby, the bar and grill, the room, and everything in between; the staff of the Embassy Lincoln were outstanding in their respect of the guests. The location is within walking distance of the famous and historic Haymarket District. (I highly reccommend visiting "The Oven" restaurant if you like good Indian food; Lazlo's for a decent American grill with an outstanding microbrewery, and Misty's for the best prime rib you'll ever have at a steakhouse).
