Too much soap left in the laundry and towels. I'm allergic to soap. Made my skin break out. Due to the high humidity the bathroom door in 533 swelled and couldn't be opened fully and the closet door, hung with mirrors was too heavy for the track it rode on. I constantly felt that an accident was imminent. Really it was a nice stay overall, but you wanted to hear the flaws. Doug James

The best part of this property, and why I stayed here, is their amazing breakfast, with made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles, as well as biscuits and gravy and a variety of other breakfast options. The biggest downside is the rooms are dated and in need of a refresh - the shower is just average and as a 6'1" man, I have to duck down a bit to get the water to hit the top of my head due to the placement of the shower head. All in all, great stay though.

We had stayed here before and were excited to do so again. Paid a lot for this hotel because of our past experiences. What we did not know was that they were hosting a convention of high school coaches from the state of Nebraska and they like to drink a lot of beer. The happy hour for this one night we were there was PACKED and coupons were being handed out so people didn't over-drink. It was loud, crowded and full of non mask wearing coaches drinking excessively. Not ideal for our family of 3 with a kid.

I was charged for 2 bottles of water ($8.00) that were in the room. There was no signage that there would be a charge!

The room had paint peeling off of the ceiling, the couch was broken, and the shower head hits mid chest. However, the bed was very comfortable.

Stayed in many hotels recently and this is the only one that didn't use the pandemic as an excuse to eliminate services. Happy Hour reception and delicious hot breakfast still in full effect. Clean, quality rooms too.

Hotels was beautiful, we enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast, the only issue was parking, no handicap parking and had to use the parking garage a block away, we weren't informed you could pay for parking on the street and after 6 pm it was free until 8 Am on Sunday.

The room was wonderful. The bartenders were awesome. The hot tub had too many characters.

Property was nice. We were awarded some complimentary drink tickets which were to start at 5:30. However they didn't open the bar on time so we missed the opportunity due to our company party timing.

Everything was great, the location, the hospitality, the courtesy. Enjoy it and planning to go back in the near future.

Room was very outdated. One of the lamps seemed to be a fire hazard. Bed was comfortable but sheets appeared dirty.

Great location in the heart of the city. Hotel however seemed dated and in need of an update.

No comment as a routine for surveys asking fir comments.
