I booked this room for a family member who needed to get away for the night. When I explained the situation, staff were caring and asked questions to help keep my family member safe. I don’t know how the rooms or amenities were, but I can tell you that if they care that much about a guest, I’m sure they were perfect.

Problem with shower, hot was cold andcold was hot. Smelled musty, mold on ceiling and even rhe towels felt damp to the touch.

It was ok for a quick over night

The front desk lady was very nice! The commons area was hot and humid, there were piles of trash overflowing in the garbage and all over the floor on the floor we were on. It never was picked up through our stay.

Much of this is preference but having the sink in the same room as another occupant is not desirable. There was considerable noise from what sounded like a large generator or compressor outside and I was on the third floor.

Was a nice and clean hotel, the staff were great and it was a nice area my only complaints would be, they need new comfortable mattresses cause the bed in my room was more on the uncomfortable side then I’d like and my second issue is the upkeep of the hot tub/ jacuzzi in the room cause when I got back to the hotel from work I started the jacuzzi when I went to get in I noticed 1 of the jet covers came off but I was able to just put it back where it came off at so it wasn’t a big deal. And lastly the cushion case of the couch cushion was broken and kept messing up everytime you sit on it so then you’d have to fix it when you got up.
