Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, parks, Kroger Field, UK Campus and Rupp Arena. Short drive to Downtown, Distillery District, Keeneland, Bourbon Trail and much more!

-This home is divided in two units. Booking through this listing gives you access to both units. Each has a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room.

Spacious property in a great location. Note that it is essentially a duplex with upstairs and downstairs that have separate entrances.

Friends Bourbon Trip

This location was great. We were close to the Distillery District and within walking distance of restaurants. We had a small problem with hot water that was quicky resolved by the property manger and even on a Sunday. Even though the couples staying upstairs had to go outside to join the couples downstairs, the house was very comfortable for 5 couples.
