We have stayed at this property before with no issues. The first room we were in had no blinds. The second room was a much smaller room, not the room style we paid for. But it was late and we just needed to go to bed. The property also seemed understaffed.

I liked the property for its convenience to the university and its well organized rooms, which had all the conveniences we needed for taking care of our needs whether it was sleep or food preparation for breakfast, an evening cup of tea, or readily available snacks in the fridge. There was adequate storage and room for myself, my daughter, and granddaughter. We felt safe and secure due to the fact people who were not staying their were unable to access the elevators. My one complaint was the noise generated by the people above us late at night. We complained, but the noise continued. We arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday morning. there were many families with multiple children over the weekend that I think must have gone home Monday morning. Monday night we got a delightful night's sleep. The hotel was a different place on Tuesday when we left, far quieter. I would use the facility again. My granddaughter will be attending UK in the fall.

Pleasant stay breakfast left much to be desired .

Good location, friendly, helpful staff, large clean room.

We were not offered the UK Health discount, it wasn’t mentioned. We found out later from hospital staff that we should have paid less. The pool was drained for maintenance. Did not know that prior to arrival.

Zack at the front desk was super helpful when I needed assistance with helping family check in early. He was there throughout the weekend always smiling and helpful. We liked it so much we joined the parents & Family club so we can stay every time we come visit our college student.

Received an upgrade to a suite because our room was sold by mistake. Was great that you did not have to negotiate… He just did the right thing

When we first arrived and went to our room, the bathroom was very dirty. We were given a different room. The elevator had a skunk smell. The lobby bathrooms were gross. The bathroom door in iur room was a barn door, that was extremely difficult to close all the time. Our door to our room was also very heavy and difficult to open. Not a great place!

We spent Christmas in Lexington to visit my daughter. We had a wonderful time touring horse farms and bourbon distillery. We wanted a hotel room with a kitchenette because so many restaurants close for Christmas. It worked beautifully.

The only bad thing was the paper thin walls. Could hear laughing, screaming, and kids running around all night.

Nice Hotel. Big rooms. Love the blackout shades. Love the added security they have. Great friendly staff. Convenient kitchenette in the room complete with plates, cups and silverware. Couldn't believe it had a dishwasher. Great for families.

I hesitate to even write this, because I dont want this place to be too difficult to reserve As needed! Great location, clean rooms, pleasant employees. I will most certainly stay there again. Thank you.

Difficult to find bc Orbitz address was off and there was not a lot of signage. Aside, nice.

Very nice clean place we enjoyed no complains we loved our stay it was so beautiful

new and 'trendy'. Price is good compared to others in area. Location is decent if you are driving. Green.

Stayed for a football game and enjoyed the hotel even with the cold and windy conditions

Thank you for being a repeat guest with us, and for providing us with your valued feedback. We appreciate you drawing attention to the issue with missing blackout curtains in your original suite. We sincerely apologize that such theft was not noticed by housekeeping prior to your arrival. We have taken measures to get them replaced, and appreciate your patience in this matter. Thank you for being our guest, and for your feedback regarding our current grab n' go breakfast bags. While we are doing our best to provide a comparable breakfast without our buffet during Covid-19, we understand how it certainly is not a match to our usual waffles, biscuits and gravy. We look forward to returning to the status quo soon, and appreciate you staying with us during this time! Safe travels!

We are so glad we could make other accommodations to fix the mistake. It’s the least we could do. We value all of our guest and want them to have a great experience when they stay with us. We hope to see you again in the future and again I apologize for the error.
