Super convenient location accessible from main thoroughfare. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice … fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels. People smoking just outside the front door was unappealing as were the stink bugs in the room.

Our bathroom and room were clean upon arrival, no stains on the sheets or towels. Accommodating and friendly staff. The AC worked well and quickly to cool off the room. It was the heat that when turned on, immediately started smelling of burning and it set off the fire alarm in our room. So, some tools/ equipment need some updating.

The room had only half a roll of toilet paper on a broken holder, there was no hand soap and the weather stripping on the door to the room was half peeled off and hanging. This property used to be top notch and I don’t know what has happened in the 2 years since I stayed last. Looks like it is under new management

Check in was easy and quick. Friendly front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Garbage truck outside the room emtying a dumpster at 5:00 AM disrupted our sleep. Breakfast was not great.

Downtown Lethbridge and the night we stayed there was a huge party at the nearby pub which was extremely loud. Even with a sound machine, I could hear the thumping. The room itself in the hotel were nice. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee was not good. I would not stay here unless you were OK with a lot of noise.

Very quiet, resonably priced, great breakfast and comfy beds. Spacious room. Definitely would stay again! Our only "complaint" was that our room had not been cleaned quite as well as I think the standard usually is...quite a bit on long hair on bathroom floor, counter, toilet, and bed. Coffee maker did not work. We enjoyed our stay though!!
