The staff were fantastic! The chamber maids were amazing. They came early every day (we have stayed in other hotels in Lethbridge where we had to request a clean and they would be late or even forget to clean the room). The hotel rooms need a little TLC, better pillows would highly be recommended.. the TV channels were awful. Half of them did not work or it was just mainly sports channels. It was frustrating having one elevator out of service and the one elevator run VERY SLOW.

Homeward bound

1 night stay traveling home from Canmore & Banff. I stayed here on the way there a few days ago also. Great stay for the price & amenities received. I had a very spacious & clean room. The staff is kind and helpful. This is also an affordable/ justifiable price rate for the room. A lot of dining ,shopping, fitness options in walking distances. I will definitely stay here again in the future when passing through‼️👍

On my way to Canmore/ Banff

Great wtay for a night on my way to Camore. Very accommodating,friendly, and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable but had a bit of a musty/ smoke smell. The AC unit was also a bit loud and annoying. Other than that it served its purpose and the price was right. Great location for food ,shopping, working out at a gym acroos the street! I am staying again on the way home‼️
