The room was ok, the curtains were super dirty, the air conditioning unit didn’t cool the room down very well and the tv didn’t work but we slept well and enjoyed our stay anyway!

If you are visiting Leavenworth or the surrounding area, this hotel is a great option. The staff was accommodating and very customer-focused. I will always book my stay here when I visit Leavenworth in the future.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating but the facility was not kept as well as one would like-the outdoor pool (which was the reason we chose this hotel) had to be closed due to algae growth which should have been taken care of on a regular basis but apparently was not a priority. Also, the sofa bed mattress was very poor quality. Breakfast was decent, coffee good but all-in-all, very typical of a free breakfast buffet.
