The minute we walked through our room, you can smell as if previous stays were smoking in there even though the room was a no smoking room. We noticed their provided shampoo dispenser was missing in the shower and informed the front desk clerk. She was really nice in handling me one to put in. Otherwise, room is nice and bed is comfortable. We had stayed here before. We were there for a funeral so didn't make use of the room much but to sleep.

Smelled horrible

Customer service was wonderful. They accommodated me with two service animals and we’re very friendly regarding my personal situation. I asked to be close to an exit door so that entering and exiting would not disrupt other people that were staying at the hotel. They respectfully accompanied that. So, the customer service was wonderful. Yet, the hallway smelled like death and my room had a horrible mildew smell. It was so bad that I had to cut my trip short. The problem isn’t with the staff, it’s with the owners.

Pool area was beautiful, love the outdoor area. These rest of the hotel is gross, smells musty/moldy everywhere. Room was not cleaned properly at all, stained rugs. Just not clean.. Breakfast was garbage & hotel staff was not very pleasant.

The entire property appeared to be clean and in good maintenance. My room was very well appointed and surprisingly large. I got the accessible room, and it was quite large with ample space to easily maneuver. There was a safe in the room, however, it was on the floor under the table, which made it inaccessible/unusable. There was no key for the safe in the room. I don't know if you need to get a key from the front desk, but since I was physically unable to use it, I did not ask. The shower had a lot of grab bars installed and it was very comfortable to use. The added seat made the shower very safe as well. Overall, I was very happy with the room. The staff was amazing and very pleasant. We were greeted with a smiling staff member at each interaction. I highly recommend this property.
