The location is at the end of Pantai Cenang, the environment is peaceful and quiet. But it is more suit for family or couple It is not near to the Cenang walking street, and far from Kuah Remember to check it whether ur booking is with breakfast or not

Location and Distance Airport: 3 Star: Resort World Langkawi is located 15 kms from the Airport. You can hire cab and get straight to the Hotel. It was convenient and cab driver are usually aware of it. It is easily accessible from the Cenang Beach you can rent Bike/Car from Cenang. Hotel has it own shuttle which have good frequency to/from Cenang. Reception: 2 star: I reached hotel before check-in time and was disappointed. They could not arrange for early check in. I you have the similar case, drop your bags in the locker room and enjoy the pool. Also you can take free shuttle from Hotel to Cenang and enjoy water sports.(You can ask for towels even before check-in ) Room/Room Service: 4 Star : Room was well kept and have great view. Sea/Garden. Bed and Mattress was good, quality of furniture was average. Room Service was prompt. Food: Never Tried, I use to go to Cenang Beach road for it. They have great Indian cuisine. Pool and other Amenities: 4 Star: Pool was clean and well kept. It also has a little water park, few slides. I am sure kids will love it. You can relax by the pool and have your drink. Deck: USP of Resort World Langkawi, according to me it their Deck. You will love its ambiance in evening. Live musical show/ dinner and drinks will be an awesome combination. Sea facing deck is a great place after you are tired of your day visiting places in Langkawi.

Location - At the corner of the island, with no other facilities close by. You have to rent a bike/car to go anywhere close to humans! Hotel - We reached the hotel at around 1:30pm (we had already requested for an early check-in and a king size bed while booking) and went straight to the reception. The guy took around 15 minutes to sort the stuff while we are standing, and then said that they haven't sorted a king-bed room yet. He asked us to wait (no time limit given). After 15 minutes, we approached him again and he said it would take another half hour. After this half hour was over, we went to the reception again and were met by a lady this time who had no clue of what was going on, and were asked to wait some more and that we would be informed when the room would be ready. By this time, it was officially their "check-in" time. Anyway, we waited for the next hour with no response for them and finally decided to ask them again. Turns out, they had "forgotten" to inform us that the room was ready! We reach the room - An old tattered box with a weird outlay of toilet and bathing area in separate sections, with the toilet door opening right onto the flush. The bed and the pillows were damp and they remained so throughout our stay. The pillows were so horrible that they smelled of dampness from god knows when! Comes the night, when we finally managed to doze off in the uncomfortable surrounding, and there are loud noises in the corridor. Turns out the walls are so paper-thin that you can hear the entire conversations happening outside and everything else happening in the next room! Morning starts, and while leaving the room, we turn on the "switch" to let the housekeeping know to "clean" the room. The result - No bedsheets, towels changed or cleaned. They just stretch the bedsheet back and fold the quilt. and leave. In fact, there are no hand towels in the washroom! So you are forced to either use paper tissues that are already scarce, or use your bathing towels. Food- The only thing better in the entire breakfast menu was the egg - and they decide to ruin that as well! First day I ask for an omelette, and am given one that is raw on the inside. Next day, I ask for "sunny-side up" and the woman breaks the eggs into a bowl, dashes them onto the pan, leaving no "sun". The brownies that we ordered were hard and old. Overall, a horrible experience that I wish not even on the worst of my enemies. Resorts World Langkawi - Thank you for ruining my birthday trip!!

We had a 2 night stay in this resort, in 2 interconnected the premier rooms. The decision to stay in this property works out just right for us, due to its 2 queen size beds (twin room) which can fit 2 adults and 2 kids. I must say that this property is value for money, especially the newer premier rooms, which are equipped with more modern furniture. Strongly recommend that you have your own transport as this property is slightly way off. But the tranquility, atmosphere and the scenery is good. Breakfast is okay, but it gets crowded during peak times. Pool is great for kids. We had a fun stay.

Good location for family and relax. Good bargain and close travel from Airport. Very convenient to Cenang beach. A bite far from Kuah city. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will come back again!

Rooms were old. There were seepage in the room. Paint was peeling off and bathrooms were tiny. Rude frontend staff was cherry on the top. It is definitely not a 4 star and not worth so much money it charges.

Beautiful resort, good property and lovely huge rooms. The staff was polite and helpful. Clean room and big clean bathroom. Two problems - the rooms are very far away and you have to walk a loooong way to reach your rooms if you are in the farther wing. Our friends were far flung and needed to walk atleast 15 mins to reach their room from the lobby. Second problem is that the location is excellent but very far away from any shopping, activities, restaurants or markets. We had to spend on a taxi everytime we went out. Nothing is reachable on foot. But the resort itself is very beautiful.

This is a big hotel with a breathtaking sea view. Its around 15 minutes from the shopping location. The rooms are big and spacious but at night the hotel location is a bit scary as it's in a secluded location with no street lights or directions for it.

We checking in for 3d2n with our room connected. Awful room conditions (hot aircond - even we asked them to fix twice then it getting more hotter!, hot shower no cold water, toilet with bad odour, not working safe deposit for both room). The gym too it's awful. Just because we using staff rate they gave us awful room. If you get room 1128 & 1130 do change it! We decided not coming back to this place.

I got a nice, spacious and clean room with a great view of the sea. It had all the amenities I could ask for. Bed could have been softer as per my liking. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Overall a nice stay. Book a sea facing room, if you want good value for money.
