First impression totally threw us off. It looked like we were checking in a prostitution dent. Staff were uneducated and do not know English at all. Upon check-in, I was only given a single key for the room power supply. The funny thing was, I booked a triple deluxe room. How on earth do you expect 3 guys to share one key that has to be in the power supply? The receptionist simply answered ‘The reception is open 24/7 and we will assist you’. Do you actually think I have no other work but to come down every time the door is locked? She had a very stupid look on her face. The hallway to the rooms were terrible. It felt like a prostitution dent. Rooms were worse. So dirty and the toilet sink was clogged up. Shower wasn’t working and so much rust in the bathroom which is a hazard. Breakfast was disgusting. It was as if they were giving us for free and it tasted like dog food. Horrible experience! We shorten our 4 nights stay and moved to another hotel the very next day. The receptionist simply threw our deposit on the desk. DONT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE!
This is nothing but the worst experience of my life. We checked in the hotel just to find a room that doesn't even have place to move around. Looks like a 1000 year home converted to a hotel room, suffocating experience. To top it all the staff at reception is just the worst, you can not possibly communicate with them in English and then they are rude. We checked in at 10 in morning and breakfast was laid and asked if we could have it as I was starving and have BP issues, dint Wana eat anywhere out. The staff just refused, unimaginable. Then we went the next day for breakfast just to realize that food is just pathetic with no taste at all and is so crowded that we had to wait a long for them to replenish the food. Everything was bad about this place infact horrible. Not recommended.
Didn't stay in the hotel, only visited the cafe. Friendly and smiley staff. Serves malay and thai food. Ordered their set meal: rice, stir-fry mixed veg, malay style chicken soup, fried chicken, a soft drink/juice. Decent meal.
1st of all.. Toilet stucked with tissue, 1st appearence failed for us. Secondly, water heater not working properly. the room was very dirty and didnt cleaned up. And now the interesting part, we went for out bfast on 23rd Dec below.the hotel, and the waitress charged for our child Rm 5, and her answer was "we charge according to size of the child, not age". Very dissapointing answer which a hotelier shouldnt give. Shame on you Hotel Bahagia Management!!!
Great price when you buy it online, most recommend hotel for cheap price. Hotel was OK laaaa not bad with free breakfast 😊😊😊 , the room OK, the staff was OK , everything ok , the food for breakfast need to be upgrade!
I book the family room for my family total 6 person. The 6 single bed just nice for us. The hotel towel are extremely dirty yellow in color with stain. The room space are very big and clean. The pillow also comfortable. The bathroom shower water very strong. I want to highlight the hotel breakfast are terrible. 7.30 am start the breakfast time but 7.45 am almost all the food finish and they never top up at all. Hopeless.......
Very good room, but other all facilities are very bad, 1)They would mention free wifi while booking but they charge 5Ringetts 2)Everyday they will only give you 2 waterbottles, when we ask extra and even if we are ready to pay they say no you can go out and buy(How can an unknow person go out and buy @ 2am) 3)They have a tourist agents inside the hotel they charge hefty money compared to other tourist agents 4)They dont give Breakfast for they 1st day of checkin if you book for 3 days i dont even understand this logic. 5)Please chek out hotels in cenag which is better and center place than kuha. 6)people dosent know what facility their own hotel offers.
Price is very cheap but towel smell a little bit bad. I have no problem with the room and breakfast. Warning to other customer, do not forget to buy parking coupon since this hotel did not provide parking. This hotel is close to HIG and delicious restaurants.
Much has been said about this hotel. As a reviewer, I will be very frank with what have experience. Stayed over for 4 days at the family room. The first day there was a complete black out from the entire street that also affects this hotel and also business along the roads. Book with hotel voucher and was told to pay extra RM 10 for tourists tax per day. This was of course laid out by the government so there is nothing much you can do about it. The hotel brochure said free Wi-Fi but the receptionist insist that there was a surcharge. The room I got was like all Trip Advisor reviews. Away from the main building and parking is indeed challenging.Room looks dated like from the 70's. Room at 003 was large but dusty with noisy air conditioning. Toilet was deplorable with faulty dust bin. Mirror was not repaired with signs of wear and tear. Towels comes with yellowish stains. However, I believe his hotel is to be given a second chance. There is free toiletries like toothbrush. As this is a budget hotel, one cannot expect immaculate ammenties for such a price. Hotel vincity was excellent with multiple groceries shops and food stalls. Do I recommend this place for a short stay on a tight budget? Yes! But there is a better value hotel if you are willing to fork out more.
good hotel and not too much expensive clean room, just the economy room overlooks little alley, breakfast included, very varied and delicious, friendly staff and helpful. well located, preferably rent a car to visit langkawi
