For over $200 a night and a newer hotel, expected a decent experience. Looked nice upon checking in and staff friendly, but we pulled around back to enter through entrance closer to room. Upon entering (and getting dripped on by A/C above the door, why?), hallway smelled like stall booze and food all over carpet. One of our rooms had strong cigarette odor even though not allowed in rooms. Switched to another room that was better, but both rooms smelled like stale smoke and deodorizer when the A/C was running. Sheets were rough and cheap...and the worst was that there was hair in the shower. Seriously? So despite nice modern style, the basic comfort and cleanliness was not there. After staying in dozens of hotels over the years, this is my first negative review of own.

We had a very pleasant nights rest here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & breakfast was good too!

We were traveling to Lancaster for a play at the Fulton Theater, and wanted to stay at a hotel that offered an indoor pool. The location was excellent, the drive was very quick into Lancaster. There was tons of places to eat and the we even ordered food to the room the first night. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The room was spotless and very modern. I definitely recommend the Sleep Inn if you are traveling to Lancaster or somewhere else in the area.

Although breakfast wasn't the greatest, the stay was very comfortable and the on site restaurant was awesome!

Location was right off the highway, but not conveniently located to attractions or cities. Room was clean and price average.

A good trip with nothing to note as either a positive or negative surprise.

Clean and inviting rooms. Just didn't have a refrigerator. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast.

Staff is fabulous; helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good--variety, fresh and clean. Would definitely stay here again...

Stayed here for 4 nights for a soccer tournament. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were average. Location was great, close to York, Hershey and Lancaster. Mini-Golf and a burger joint with ice cream in the same parking lot. Kids loved it.

pool was clean - hot tub -"HOT"! comfy beds. you can swim, have some ice-cream ,play put-put golf and not even move your car!!! i came accross this hotel by accident -all others were booked and i am glad they were. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was pretty run of the mill with an nice flat-screen TV (on the small side). Continental breakfast fairly ordinary (hardboiled eggs frozen solid).
