Everything was clean, but for some reason we keep running into hotels that are under construction. This wasn’t really an issue for me as I think they were just doing a renovation. Overall, I would say beds are comfortable. People were nice and overall it was an enjoyable experience.

The room was complete false advertisement! There is no working pool or hot tub as stated and was confirmed by staff no breakfast no coffee. The room was dirty as I went down and let the attendant know I have pictures to support my documents. The shower had hair in it, and there was a broken shampoo bottle, as well as something that looked like black pebbles, possibly bug in the bed.

Smells bad and thin walls and staff who will not h

The smell in the room was like an overwhelming bad air freshener. You could hear people walking upstairs and could hear more than I wanted to from the couple in the next room. I also had to leave for a family emergency one night early, and the front desk staff said they would cancel if I had not booked through a 3rd party. However, when the 3rd party reached out, that same staff member said she was unable to cancel. I ended up having to pay for a night I did not stay.
