We love this property! It is the best beach hotel for our family because it is on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. There is a great grocery store just across the street. Food and fun all around.

Its on the Beach which was amazing. Room was just ok, but for the price its understandable. very nice restaurants within walking distance. Location is great

Definitely a solid 3 as the description and reviews illustrate. Room 11 was nice as an end unit on the top floor, we were able to see the firework shows but the properties huge tree needs to be topped as it obstructs a lot of the ocean view. The exterior AC box was being destroyed by the elements and needs attention, the interior AC vent needed to be cleaned along with all the corners of the rooms. There were no bath towels in the bathroom when we arrived, had to call for those and there was no complimentary bottle of wine as suggested by the manager to celebrate our occasion. I felt let down with higher hopes. I would stay here again with friends but likely not with my family.

Opening the door to our room and seeing the Pacific--AMAZING! Not so amazing (and really scary) was the lamp by the bed that started smoking (at the wall plug in) to the point the plug was burned and a fire could have started, had we not been in the room to turn off the lamp, pull out the plug and set the smoke smelling lamp outside our Room 127. This was a $500 paid-in-advance stay and I think we should have been refunded or credited something.

We had a wonderful stay! Some small issues upon check in but staff was more than helpful to make sure we were happy. Location is perfect!

I love that it is right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was dated and the walls are thin so could hear footsteps, neighboring rooms, people outside. Also, the shower would randomly turn burning hot or freezing cold which was unpleasant.

Parking was an extra charge of $35 +$15 facilities fee. This is a hidden charge of $50 plus all the other taxes. Price was deciving.

Beyond perfect view of the ocean The waves we’re literally crashing right below us.

Nice hotel, on the beach, my room had ocean views which was exactly what I had wanted. I brought my dog. Close to downtown which we were able to walk to. Cons: pillows weren't comfortable. The restaurants on site aren't dog friendly.

The sink smelled soooo bad. All our stuff smelled so bad after one nite stay. It is very old and apparently not maintained.

This hotel is located on a beautiful beach. The hotel staff are very courteous and extremely helpful. It is located within walking distance of many great restaurants and has a grocery store across the street. We had a room with two double beds and they were very comfortable. When you go to enjoy the beach the hotel staff set up for you an umbrella, towels and chairs.

Great location very beachy very good overall

Did not appreciate the power outage overniight and no internet service for a day. Air conditioner unit in the wall was also very noisy.

there is no parking option other than a $34/day valet service. there is a $15/day "facilities" charge whether one used the pool/hot tub/etc. or not bottles of water assumed to be complementary were, in fact, $4/ea. to get to our room we had to go through the street front building, through an alley and up to our room.

This hotel in located right on the beach. Staff was great. the restaurant served an excellent breakfast. My only concern was the room was a little outdated.

Had a lovely stay. Did not want to leave the room. Great watching surfers.

As you check in you're told of a mandatory $34 "valet fee." Valet was often AWOL. Room was tiny and the bathroom a 2-star. Elevator didn't work. Noisy.
