Our room was on the 3rd floor and even though the small AC was set at 62 and was blowing the room was horribly hot. We called the front desk 3 times and were told that there wasn’t anything that could be done. They said they would bring a fan and then never did. Very disappointing for the amount you pay for a room

Great location literally right on the beach. Amazing view from our balcony. Loved that each unit of rooms had its own pool and hot tub. Very nice bar and restaurant. Excellent location in the middle of all the LB action. And the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Older property, but all the benefits make it worth the stay. 4.5 stars

They lost our reservation. The coffee maker didn’t work and it was a lot of effort to get a new one and then they apparently had a plumbing emergency but neglected to tell anyone so we had to endure the horrible noise for hours.
