Perched above the Pacific Coast Highway, this Laguna Beach penthouse puts you face-to-face with the ocean the moment you step inside. A sweeping 180-degree ocean view fills the interior, and the shared outdoor deck - furnished and complete with a fire pit - gives you the perfect spot to watch the sun sink into the water on cool California evenings. Victoria Beach is just a short stroll away, with tide pools and the shoreline waiting at the end of your walk.

The Space
The bedroom is a calm, comfortable retreat centered around a king bed, with a 65` TV and ample clothing storage to help you settle in properly with a mini split AC unit. The living area opens up generously, with a sofa bed accommodating additional guests, a 75` TV, and those same stunning ocean views carrying through the space - whether you are unwinding after a beach day or catching a film before bed.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make it a pleasure to use, and the dining table gives everyone a proper place to sit down together.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. The home also comes with beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you are beach-ready from day one. Central heating and a mini-split AC keep things comfortable year-round, and dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection has you covered if you need to get anything done remotely.

Two covered tandem parking spaces are included, and the home is set up with keyless smart lock entry for a smooth, contact-free check-in. The downtown trolley stops right out front, making it easy to explore without the car.

Steps from your door, the acclaimed Drake restaurant serves live jazz and fine dining - an easy walk for a special evening out. Ruby`s is two minutes away, Downtown Laguna Beach is a five-minute drive, and the Montage Resort and a CVS are both within a minute.

Please note: The deck is a shared deck with the neighboring unit. The property is located on PCH directly across from Victoria Beach.

The place was well clean and well appointed. Our host Mike was very responsive when we contacted him. A few potential areas for improvement are more wash cloths and paper products especially because of the price paid and the fact that we had a week stay. Also, while it is disclosed that the deck is shared with the unit next door, it is small for 4 people and a bit uncomfortable if you have the Dutch door open as the neighbors could see into our place. There is no a/c in the living area so having the door open is a necessity if the weather is hot. Also, contrary to the listing info, we did not know in advance that we had to share the deck with a unit from the downstairs level.
