The facilities in the room were good including washing machine, airer etc The dishes were tiny though, the kitchen was not very useable for anything other than a snack. My main issue is that the room was dirty, carpet had visible stains. Dusty etc Very old and worn down compared to photos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stay SAKURA Kyoto Fuga. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable with excellent service. However, most tourist spots and train stations were a bit far, so we often used Go Taxi to get around luckily, taxis were affordable and convenient.

Kitchen setup was cleverly hidden under a table but the staff was super helpful. I love the area around the hotel and it was super convenient to walk to different places or get to a subway station. The only downside is that the ensuite laundry doesn’t have a dryer but it was not a deal breaker

The pictures of the room don't do it justice. It was spacious enough for 3 people (with 3 individual beds that were comfortable) and our luggage. The bathroom was amazing: ample, warm, clean and the bathtub fills really quick. Enough cabinets and surfaces to keep our purchases and clothes/shoes/items. The staff was always nice. There's is a 24/7 Family Mart across the street that's really convenient. I will definitely use Stay Sakura in any future trips. I'm actually sad I only book them for Kyoto and not Tokyo. It surpassed our expectations.
