京都ならではの建物感があり、雰囲気が味わえました^_^ 繁華街に近いですが、大変静かで眠りやすかったです。また京都に行く際は利用したいと思っております。

初めて京都の町屋一棟貸しに友人４人と泊まってみました。参考となる口コミがなく、予約した際は大丈夫かな？と心配していたが、いい意味で裏切られ非常に満足のいく宿泊体験でした。 予約直後、施設よりチェックインに関する必要な情報がメールで届き、その情報に従い迷うことなくスムーズにチェックインができました。 こちらの施設は京都の繫華街河原町から徒歩５分ほどの路地裏に立地していて、レストランが多数あって食事に困ることありませんでした。夜も静かでよく眠れました。 東京のガヤガヤした環境と違って、施設周りに町屋と呼ばれる古い木造建物や町屋を生かしたカフェが多く、「古都」を散策するコースもおすすめです。 施設自体ですが、２階建てで非常に清潔に保たれていて、ホテルに比べ十分広いスペースでした。 １階はリビング、庭、トイレ、キッチン、風呂場と洗面台 ２階に寝室が二つ、寝室の真ん中にトイレと洗面台が一つ 赤ワインがウエルカムドリンクとして付いていて、リビングで庭を眺めながら友人とアルコールを楽しめました。（アルコール飲んでいたこともあって多少騒いでしまったが大丈夫だったのかな？） 気になった点としては、「サービス料金」が9000円ほどあって、これはなに？と聞いたところ、「宿泊料を抑えるため、お客様が宿泊した後の清掃会社にお支払いする料金になります。連泊であっても料金は同じなので、連泊のほうがよりお得になるシステムです。」とのことで納得しましたが、一泊で予約する人は少しびっくりするかもしれません。 ただいずれにせよ、大変満足でした。次回京都にくる際は連泊で利用させて頂きます。この度はお世話になりました。有難うございます。
