This was a delightful property located close to many of the iconic attractions of Kyoto, making walking so easy. The property management company is located elsewhere (walking distance), and they are not able to store luggage. If you arrive before the official check-in time, you would need to have a luggage storage solution in mind. In our case, the hotel in west Kyoto, where we stayed the previous night, was willing to let us store our luggage with them after check-out, as long as we picked up our luggage later that day. We did our sight-seeing in north-central Kyoto that day, and then picked up our luggage and traveled by rail from west Kyoto to Kyoto Station, and then walked to the near-by property management office to complete the check-in process. We appreciated that our dwelling had a small washer/dryer for laundry. The space was very comfortable over all, and quiet.

Clean and comfortable in great location

Hanagoromo worked well for us as a family of five - just enough space and facilities to make for a comfortable stay and location was great - close enough to everything to walk into town and close to subway and bus routes for exploring further afield. A couple of good breakfast places close by and a 7-eleven 5mins walk away makes things easy too. Hosts were very helpful.
