Property is immaculate, beautiful and convenient with top-tier service and a 5-star breakfast that should not be missed. Rooms are above average but not perfect. Upgraded room but bit boxy although the lovely, high ceilings give it charm + still able to keep room very cool. Also, took a few days to not get water everywhere during shower + lighting option in bathroom are too bright. Still, excellent, highly recommended, experience and I cannot emphasize enough: do not miss breakfast!!!!!!!!

I can find no fault with this hotel which is one of the best I have ever stayed it. The staff were marvellous, the room was excellent, the location is perfect and the breakfast extensive and good quality. If I never stay here again I will be very sad!

This hotel is beautiful, convenient and well located. Unfortunately, 2 of the staff members were so shockingly rude that my entire experience there was tainted. Even more disappointing was that their attitude seemed so pointed that it felt like racism :( Such a shame for such a gorgeous hotel in such a wonderful city.
