Never actually got to stay at this hotel I booked but couldn’t find it called Hotel five times kept telling me a different address to my receipt I got and also what google said not happy with the service as they wouldn’t meet me outside to tell me where ii was supposed to go as I have stayed in this area before so I knew about the area hope for a refund on my hotel, probably will lose my money cause I feel I was robbed by them

Great location, service.

The staff is great (Mr. Sandhu in particular). He'll give you any tips or help you need. The rooms themselves are typical HK style, small, efficial and everything within it. I got a room without any windows, because I didn't plan on staying at my room for too long, mostly outside. The hotel is on the 12/13th floor of the building, right next to the metro station. It can be a little hard to find in the beginning, but they it's easy to spot once you get used to the location. 24/7 7-11 close by, lots of restaurants and shops close too. Literally a 5 min walk from Victoria Harbor, so you can catch the daily light show looking at Hong Kong Island (better view). I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this place had one of the best Wifi speeds I've ever experienced at a hotel.

The lack of cleanliness and service was shocking. Not to mention both days in the hotel I had ZERO hot water and had to shower at my friend's place. Good wifi and location but those are the only pluses

good position for experienced shoppers

it begins from not having street address of this hotel. rooms smaller then on picture. toilet and shower is same place not easy to keep toilet paper dry while showering. aircon in windows box - Iso noisy that I could sleep only when well drunk. Place is like in the center of watch, massage, suit center. impossible to walk around and not being bothered. buying staff in this area starts 10x real value price so be carefull they call it free trade I call it attempts of extortion.

Pretty good for a cheepie

Did a crazy rushed trip to hk for 3 nights. Booked Sandhu as meeting a friend who lived nearby and it had a few more stars than other budget hotels. Overall very happy and would go back. Room was in centre of building and quiet as a grave which I thougnt was good for downtown Kowloon. Staff a friendly Indian and some nice Philippino girls.

airport bus A21 and tsim sha tsui mtr exit c1 just right below the hotel. do note to take exit h or a1 if escalator is needed. room 1203 has an odd smell. toothbrushes provided once and the sheets weren't changed for my 3-night stay.

The price of the hotel is far difference from cash compare to online booking. The indian receptionist will cause you more expensive when you pay in cash and send you to the smallest room they have. Thats what we have experience with this hotel. Aside from that, quite ok for other services.

Convinience and best priced hotel

We were surprised to find suh a low budget hotel in a central location like that . We didn't have to struggle for food as there were so many indian restaurants at walkable distance. The same building housed middle eastern cuisine restaurant as well. The security system is amazing as well. The cards set out an alarm if swiped on an incorrect room after three attempts and with cameras around, people come and assist you. Felt safe leaving my belongings behind d. Had the privacy I needed. The only flipside was the bathroom which emitted foul smell by afternoon ...guess that can be fixed. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful as well. And last but not the least, they have microwave in case you want to bring some ready to eat stuff and want to heat it up. For the price which they quote, it's worth the stay!

Great Location!

The Sandhu is very centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui. A stone's throw to the MTR and bus stop. Very convenient for connection to the airport and F & B outlets. Room was clean and comfortable but very small. If you have huge luggage it'll be a bit of a problem. Friendliness of staff is typical Hong Kong....you get what you pay for. But that's a given. Great for a 1 or 2 night stopover...no more! Easy access to breakfast, lunch & dinner!
