Hotel is very old, dated. Smelled of mildew and always damp. Mold in sleeping area and in washroom. Not clean at all. Hard to sleep as you had to have the fan blowing which just blew the smell around the room. I was there for 1 week and it was too long. Concierge staff was great. That was the only highlight to this hotel. For the price, I suggest you look for another place unless mold, unhealthy condition, and uncleaned rooms are on your list !

Rooms were clean and had everything that I needed. Nice to have a gym but pool was too small for an actual swim. The staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is a little bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle of mong kok restaurants which was a slight downside. Also quite often the smell of cigarettes in the communal areas outside my room and around lifts which I really didn't appreciate.

The hotel was average, small space. The most importantly the location was terrible for travellers especially with young children's or elders. The MTR is so far and i would say the hotel surrounding was quite remote nothing much to shop and see unless you walk a 8 to 10 mins to mongkok. Yes the hotel make an effort to provide shuttle bus but its only at every 1 hour. How many 1 hour does the travellers have while on holidays? Should consider every 30 mins slot.
