I wanted to write to you expressing my appreciation for the exceptional work that your team does at the Staybridge Suites. My recent stay was perfect from check in to check out. Your front desk team knew my requests and fulfilled them. The housekeeper that took care of my suite was detailed and also made sure I had ample supply of decaf coffee. The best part of my stay in your property was the towel art I found in celebration of my birthday. I'm glad I met the artist. Rean was very humble and warm. He's a great asset to your team and deserves recognition. Over-all your staff catered to all my needs and more. I look forward to staying at Staybridge Suites in the near future.

We arrived at this hotel one day after snowmageddon and the parking lot had so much snow and very few cleared parking spots. I was grateful that there weren’t many guests, so we were able to park our vehicle in what I thought might have been an actual spot. With the amount of snow that area got hit with, I know that the snow crews were quite busy for days.

We booked specifically to have use of the pool. Unfortunately it was closed for the days we were there. This happened last year when we stayed there also. The bathroom had silverfish everywhere. We wont be back.

I was disappointed, I have stayed at this property before and had a pleasant experience, which is I booked again. My room was clean but my bathroom was not. There was a dirty used wash cloth hung from the shower-head and the walls did not look like they were cleaned. I’m not one to complain so I removed the dirty cloth and put it in the disposal and did not use the shower after that.

This was a fantastic stay! Pool was the highlight for my children! Only suggestion would be to allow guests to use high chairs in their rooms, pending they return them after each meal needed. This would have been a huge help for our family stay

Easy stay, definitely return to this hotel again

Really liked the layout of the room, with a separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen. Staff super friendly. Quiet, clean and close to KW. Convenient to get to, lots of available restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was great.
