outside side entry door not secured electric lock does not work. Ice machine broken, internet bad. Bath room sink faucet very hard to turn on. Bath room towels old and frayed. Carpets look old and stained in hallway. Room door electric entry lock very tricky to use took several tries to get door to unlock.

Both of my rooms dirty toe clippings on the floor In the other one popcorn kernels under the bed Nasty we took pictures Towels were disgusting They gave us different rooms and those were dirty too. Checked in at 3pm. Out by 5:25 pm Worse hotel experience EVER
