Everything was great except for the person passed out on the interior stairs by the side exit. This was directly beside my room and I found it unsettling and raised safety concerns— thankfully I didn’t see him until I was leaving.

Very rude evening front desk employee. No eye contact, not very personable. Rude when I made a mistake on the date we reserved room for, I asked about handicap unit and he snapped we don't have any of those here.

We didn’t pay a lot for this room and I’m glad we didn’t. We were just passing through town and didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel. This place is pretty cheap and it shows. Shabby is the word I would use. The ice maker and vending machine were broken. The freezer part of the refrigerator was iced over. We could barely fit our ice packs in it and they were not frozen the next morning. The pillows were terrible and the train ran throughout the night and was pretty loud.

Room and bed were clean, sink in bathroom, the handle felt/looked like it was going to break at any moment but also had to use a good amount of force to turn it on. Bed was not comfortable at all; pillows were too soft. TV had a broken stand, so it was propped up on some small plastic things. Key card was annoying to use because it was a sliding one that you had to slide a certain way, if you went to fast it didn't work, if you went to slow it didn't work. There was constant noise from the room next to us, at one point sounded like someone was trying to get into our room. The free breakfast is a joke. It was a last-minute booking, and I guess you get what you pay for but will definitely NEVER stay here again. Super 8's used to be decent affordable hotels, this one was affordable but poorly maintained. Should not even be a 2-star hotel, barely even a 1-star hotel.

Mark was very nice at the desk. We got 2 rooms and one key wasnt working so he helped with that. The rooms were dirty. Hair on pillows. Towels seemed stained and worn. Do not look under bed. I dropped a ring and had to look. I was on floor 2 and couldnt sleep because the room above was demonstrating how load the bed squeaks for a couple of hours. Very loud.

Relatively clean. But, a bit of rust on lamps and outdated. But, I expected as much bc of the price point. Staff was not very inviting, but not rude. Poor outlet design to plug things in. Not enough plugs or types. Bed was rock hard. Easy to get in and out of the hotel, tho. And great shopping nearby. Construction and semi parking nearby made it pretty noisy all through the night.

Wonderful accommodations a short distance from I-40. Very busy street with lots of hotels and shops and traffic trying to get onto the freeway. Despite that, our room facing the street was very quiet. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and bathroom stocked. Our room did not have a club chair, so only seating was hard wooden chair at desk, or the bed. Coffee maker could not be plugged in where it was because the outlets were in use by other items, so we moved it into the bathroom.

outside side entry door not secured electric lock does not work. Ice machine broken, internet bad. Bath room sink faucet very hard to turn on. Bath room towels old and frayed. Carpets look old and stained in hallway. Room door electric entry lock very tricky to use took several tries to get door to unlock.
