Good

Our biggest disappointment was in the workout room, pool, and hot tub. The "fitness" center was formerly a hotel room and had a few treadmills and elliptical machines in it. The hot tub was a mix of brownish foam and slimy green water. Needless to say, it was disappointing to not be able to relax in the hot tub after a 10-hour drive.

Easy and comfortable.

Great place at a great price!

Close to everything

Hotel was a nice place. It Was clean, and nice staff. Right on the board walk and steps away from the train. The drive to Mount Rushmore was around 5 mins. Parking was bad. There is not enough parking and parking spaces are not measure correctly.

Convenient location. Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff.. Rafael was great! What a deal for the price of the room!

The restaurant on property was good. Restaurant staff was very attentive. The room had everything in it. We had a room at the pool upstairs. Knowing it was the summertime, kids got rowdy but that was to be expected. Pool did close at 10pm but the kids stayed way longer. All good. Go with the flow.

Pool deck is carpeted, kids were swimming way past pool closing, which my kids saw, but were not allowed to swim because it was past closing. Be strict about pool closing time.

We booked 2 king rooms. My parents room was considerably smaller than our room. Their room also smelled like mildew. Our room was great apart from the leaky bathtub faucet. It was sad that the hot tub wasnt running... but we understood due to social distancing.

Parking was a joke! Will not be staying there again because of the parking. Plus the staff said it is what it is. Wow

Location was nice, cloze to eating places, walkable, cute town. Hotel rooms renovated but hallways dirty and old carpets, dead elevator, small and uncleam pool and hottub. Pool was yelloe.

They ran out of hot water. Both in the evening and morning when we tried to take showers there was no hot water..
