This listing is for 2 apartments combined, so you have over 2,000 sq. ft. with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Come enjoy Black Hills area in this awesome home that is walking distance to busy downtown (minus the chaos!)

This is a combined listing for Unit 1 (ground floor) and Unit 2 (upstairs accessible via private stairs) ONLY. Units are almost identical to each other.

o Bedding in Each Bedroom - 1Queen Bed, 1Bunk (2 single/twin)
o Each Floor has - 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen, Dining area and Living area (so twice considering Unit 1 & Unit 2)

o Central HVAC in each unit (controlled individually)

Entire Unit 1 and Uni 2 Living Spaces only.
Ample parking Parking in on street each side of the street and on the side for A LONG Vehicle. Use Church Parking only to unload.

I recently had an great vacation in Keystone, South Dakota, staying at a lovely Duplex. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by the stunning Black Hills. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and well-furnished. The amenities were excellent, including a fully equipped kitchen and modern technology. The proximity to Mount Rushmore and other attractions was a definite plus. I highly recommend this vacation retreat for a memorable getaway in Keystone.
